We ordered 2 Pasta Primavera (without mushrooms)for our kids through the Domino’s App. To our surprise when we opened it upon reaching hotel, there wasn’t any Alfredo sauce in it, hardly few drops here and there. Since it was late night, we called them to inform it’s not made properly without sufficient Alfredo sauce, the person on the call was stubborn to accept that fact. We asked them if they can do anything to replace them as a courtesy but his words were “we have measured everything & prepared it, you can bring it back if you would like but we will not replace it.” I think this was very rude service on part of Dominos. Since it was late in the night & we were tired, we managed to have that food for the kids but to our SHOCK, what we saw ere MEAT pieces in our Pasta. This was very much against our dietary needs for kids.

On 3/25/23 I ordered a steak and banana pepper NY pizza. There was hair on it! Also, the banana peppers were put on the pizza with the hard stems on them. All over the pizza. I bit into one. Nasty, train your staff about cleaning and common sense.

The first time I ordered here I had gotten food poisoning. They were in between managers and it took a while for me to think to order again. After seeing a few neighbors had ordered and had no issues since the management change I decided to give it another try. I was satisfied time and time again up until tonight… it had been over an hour that my original order had been waiting after being told they would not accept my payment and I needed to go get change, mind you I always pay with large bills when I walk in to this location. Then when I get back I ask for my order to be remade and the manager on duty at the time was rude about it. I told her thank you and she blankly ignored me after deciding whether or not she was going to remake them. I waited for my order 10 minutes with the exchange of the food she lightly slams the sauces with my order on top of the food I was just handed. At that point, I expressed my concerns with her behavior and stated she didn’t have to be rude and the reasons why I felt that way. Not yelling, not being belligerent just trying to get an understanding. She stated she didn’t have to remake the pizzas as the delay was not her fault and she did it because “I wanted to”. I left got home my order is wrong. I walk back. The manager above her whom they said was not there just 10 minutes beforehand was available to speak with and the previous manager I had spoken to before wanted to make that a point because “I asked for the general manager right.” They guy came and listened was professional but it was obvious he was going to do nothing about it. My pizzas come out and the young lady that remade them this time around just sat them on the counter knowing they were mine, tried to grab the 2 pizzas that were made wrong that I was told I could have ( I didn’t want nor did I take them) turned away and walked off. Both the manager and general manager there speaking with someone else look up at me while I’m in motion to grab the pizzas she sat on the counter, and continue with what they were doing and had the nerve to speak as of I was causing an issue on my way out the door thinking I couldn’t hear them because of the distance in between. The killer part I get upstairs at home once again and can’t take the slices out because she only cut the surface of the pizzas. My order was ready at 8:47 initially my kids didn’t eat until 10:30. This nights service was definitely not appreciated and unacceptable.

We entered & we weren’t acknowledged by 2 employees. They were having conversation among themselves & I had to ask loudly if anyone was working. Pizza was an hour late and I live right down the street all about my order the manager told me that he knows to drive on that order and they’ll be here shortly it’s like an hour he promised me the pizza will be still hot but it’s warm and the soda is hot I asked him could he remake my order and send it back out who told me no that he could just cancel the order this location is always been up to par I don’t know who is the manager tonight but they’re not doing their job and someone should make this right

It says “this note is legal tender for all debts public and private “ it also says that you accept cash card debit or credit. It doesn’t say you only will accept 20 and under, now it’s pretty un-American to A. Deny people of services because you have a biased opinion of them, it’s also wrong to try and pawn off fraudulent money, but if I’m a customer who buys pizza from you often, u know where I live, ur at my door step! I. Already worked to get a credible reputation with this business over the years , but yet here you go denying a patron service because ur having a bad day? I dunno I just feel slighted n hungry it was a 50 dollar bill on a 28 dollar order I would have given you 7 dollars tip, I needed 15 dollars back, it’s called a counterfeit pen I suggest you get one, you lost a customer for life unfortunately you do business on the strip tell me they don’t give u 50s or 100s?
