I go to the same dominos by unlv every week almost same order bbq pizza extra chesse . They did NOT put extra cheese that I paid for this time . I call manager says he made it it was made right . So I return the pizza get a refund which doesn’t hit to 3-5 days . So I order from this location . Visiting from California placed my order at 6pm and still waiting. Never received A phone call Never came to my door to deliver it. The delivery drivers name is Brian. I called 8 times before I was connected to a manager which name is Jeff he was extremely rude and unprofessional he did not apologize he said the driver tried calling me with a scam likely number and it keep going to voicemail???? Lies lies lies keep your pizza I will be reporting this to the bbb to file an complaint. Today was my grandfather’s birthday and I was going to surprise him with pizza. THANK YOU FOR Ruining MY SURPRISE to my grandfather.

Worst customer service ever! I placed a delivery from this location and after one 1:30 minutes waiting I call to ask about my order they let me wait in the phone for 25 minutes meanwhile, I was driving to the store to talk to a manager witch he lied right in my face about my delivery so he decide to cancel my order without calling me or let me know because according to him, they have a wrong number to call me but when he gives me the voided receipt my phone number was there very clear….. worst place ever, worst management!!!

So far I’ve had pizza from every restaurant within a 10 mile radius and everybody is constantly trying to out-do everyone else. But this time, it’s Dominos on Pecos & Tropicana. Ordered delivery, made within 10mins and cooked well made well, delivered within 5 minutes after being ready, checked and out the door. 5 Stars this time people, you did great 🙂

Too bad you have to chose at least 1 star. This place is horrible. The drivers are rude, extremely slow, and dirty. Last night it took the driver 1 hour and 20 mins to drive 3 blocks, short distance I could’ve drove if I was feeling better. By the time I recieved pizza, the box was warping from condensation of pizza sitting inside so long. The pizza was also not warm in any area. Driver didn’t talk or give reason for long delivery even though I tipped 30%. This is why people don’t tip anymore. I will never give money to this location again and will advise everybody to chose a different place.
