Customer Service sucks. Place order online and it had it for carryout. Tried to call to change. I waited on hold while my food cooked, then it said order complete and picked up. Mind you im on hold at home now I have to take the bus and get my cold pizza smh

They are a bad dominoes. Don’t go there. The guy making the the pizza is tall and curly headed is rude and just kept talking to me. Wouldn’t recommend. I never got my order or refund . He said he refunded it. I will see in a couple of days on my card. Or I’m calling corporate.

This Domino’s location is quite a mixed bag. At times, you might get wonderful service. Other times, you get terrible service. It really depends who you get as a delivery driver, as a cook, and/or as a person on the phone.

I just moved out here and they by far have worst customer service. Today is 2/24/23 and it’s 7:55pm My food was delivered cold and completely F’d up!!! I tried calling a few times they won’t answer and when they do they boy hangs up when I ask for a manager. I don’t like wasting money or paying for food we have to warm up.

Ms Stephanie of the store just cost her self no more business form me she claims to be the manager and is very rude all she wanted to do was argue with me on the telephone and tell me how wrong I am. Two days ago I had a wonderful experience but today not the case two days ago the driver was phenomenal today the driver drove around and around I watched him on my security cameras past my place three times and to top it all off when I opened my pizza box the pizza was in the lid stuck to it.

This store never gets our order right. I was hoping by going in and picking up our order would help. The communication error occurred after we placed our order. We asked for extra meat on our italian as we asked for both meats to be upgraded, nope.. the I knew the pasta is dry, so I asked for extra on my order, didn’t get that either. In fact, my pasta was burned and tasted burned throughout. I am very unhappy and I just won’t return
