Two nights ago now my family ordered here at about 7 pm online a almost 45 dollar order . We wait with the kids a couple hrs and finally see our order was cancelled and the lady said they had no food to make us and we would get a refund next day still no refund I call she actually yelled at me for asking whare is my money I asked nicely mind you and here we are today Friday still no refund and my bank says no deposit at all .I got no food still even now no credit .THEY ROBBED ME AS FAR AS I CAN SEE so next maybe a report to BBB and I’m done with delivery food people can be evil…update I reported to BBB I said ied be willing to go on the news also I’m reporting to attorney general next being that I can see by other reviews this is happening alot

Placed our online order. Checked the time and went to pick it up. Said it was not ready. I went in to see what was taking so long. Oh here’s your order… Sitting right on the shelf. Everything is cordoned off. We were lucky the food was still warm. The pizza taste alright , but boneless chicken wings were kind of mushy. Just an order & pick up window inside. Parking is OK, they are located on the side of the shopping center. Just as you pull into the driveway.

I call to do the order the supervisor said we are busy I can’t take your order and hang up one me then I went to the store and ask to help for my order they said they can’t help us because they are so busy this is really disrespectful for me time is 8.40pm at Sahara Maryland dominoS this is not right way to take care of the customers . Really good pizza. We ordered dipping sauce and when we got back to our hotel room, we found that it was forgotten. That’s also our fault because we didn’t check. Otherwise it was perfect and I’ll definitely order again the next time we are in town.

Zero and less , this place always never delivers within the estimated time. I tell them specifically on my first and second times ordering. I’m just down the street at the apartments right on back of the smiths….they never deliver here . Til the next day when I call in the morning to the manager…….
