Got a mango habanero chicken sub with no mango habanero on it. When I called to asked if they were out or something they just said “we do have it, sorry that’s just an oversight on our part” I responded with “ok” and was met with another apology followed by silence. Sorry doesn’t doesn’t fix the fact that I just paid for something I didn’t get.

It seems like every time we go to order food they are out of something. Usually it’s coca cola which is fine but tonight they were out of coca cola and every single boneless wing option. They only had bone in sweet mango habanero. Starting to get a little ridiculous its not even 9pm yet and they’re meant to be open until 1am.

Ordered my pizza at 18:13, was notified that the driver was on their way at 18:35. Driver drove one street over then I watched the driver go to 3 other houses then back to domino’s. Now my order says delivered at 18:52 but the delivery driver never came back. I understand if you are understaffed. You have our cell phone number so shoot us a call or text so we can understand what’s going. Like, am I getting my $32 worth of food? Or you guys just going to lie and say it was delivered and keep the tip? Little bit of communication would have kept me from leaving a poor review. But just for an update it’s now 19:20 and the manager or supervisor said he watched the delivery driver grab it so he knows it’s on the way. I’m glad that my pizza was out of the oven and sitting on the heating rack for 45 minutes and will now be delivered to me, nothing like a rock hard crusty or soggy pizza. I guess from now I’ll be going in the store to pick up instead of expecting a delivery that seemingly never arrives. I will order from here again and if I get better service next time I will gladly update my review, who knows might just be having a rough night.

If you order from here DONT LEAVE A TIP. I ordered at 11:50 1 HOUR before close. I put a tip and everything. They cancelled the order and wouldn’t answer the phone. I have always left a tip. But never again. I wish I could just pack up and leave the flight line an hour early because I don’t wanna work. Ridiculous.

So…the dominos i order from closes at 1 on fridays, and I work nights shift so naturally I’m up and hungry at night. So at 12:30 in the morning I placed an order for food and that went well, they received the order, made the order and told me they were on their way within about 15 minutes. So the whole order was done and supposedly on its way still within business hours. I live 10 minutes away from this location so I should’ve actually had the order in my hands also within business hours. Delivery driver gets to my house in 25 minutes…thats why he had to stay after hours. And then he gets here and has the audacity to say and I quote “please refrain from ordering right before we close or we will give you the wrong order on purpose”. Like not only did you complain about doing your job, but you threatened to not do it in the future because you felt inconvenienced. Then he took the food out and threw it to us and dropped some stuff and then just dipped out and left

Honestly this dominoes has provided food to me many times in the past and i almost never had an issue. So i hate writing a bad review but i ordered food 45 minutes before closing, even left a 35% tip and they made me wait for 35 minutes before canceling my order. Thanks dominos.

These people are fantastic. I called from Texas and asked them to deliver a pizza to my granddaughter. I also asked if they would write happy birthday on the box. They did a great job!!! Drew baloons on the box, ect… My granddaughter (4yo) was very happy. This is GREAT service!!! Thank you!!!!

The food was delicious and the cashier was friendly. Unfortunately, I ended up in the ER with an allergic reaction a few hours later. I’m very careful to ensure I stay away from these allergens, so I don’t have a reaction, but soon my face was swollen. It was determined that when my pizza was being prepared, the guy had touched a food item I’m allergic to and didn’t wash his hands in between preparations. Please stress the importance of either changing gloves or washing hands in between preparations because cross contamination can be very dangerous for people with food allergies.
