We ordered home delivery from Zafarano*..as always..they KILLED it!! I kid you not: THE PIZZA ARRIVED AT MY DOORSTEP IN LESS THAN 25 MINUTES! The delivery guy was well groomed, courteous, and respectful. ..The pizzas were PICTURESQUE. I HIGHLY recommend this location..they got it together; WHAT’S BETTER THAN BEST?!?!

I have ordered from this location multiple times with no issues (Other than the fact that my order has been wrong multiple times and didn’t complain). Today I ordered and left a generous tip like always. I tracked my order to see where it was like any other day, and it says that it was delivered and completed when I still didn’t receive my order. My husband calls the store to see what happened and they put him on hold for 15 minutes without even asking why he was calling. I continue to call on my phone to see if we could speak to someone. They say that my order is still out for delivery even though it has been over an hour, and asked me to give it another 10 minutes because it should almost be here. I was patient and waited 25 minutes, and proceeded to call them like they asked me to. When I got a hold of someone. They told me that my order wasn’t delivered because it was out of range from their store even though I have had food delivered from them multiple times, and they told me it was out for delivery on the first call. Not only did I not get my food, but I also didn’t get an apology or the right explanation of why I don’t have my food. I am very disappointed and wish they let me to speak to a manager to resort this better.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I order a Brooklyn Style Extravaganza (which is describe as thin and thinner than hand tossed) not at all what I received. I was disappointed however when I called to let them know I was even more disappointed because the man I spoke with tonight ( August 26. @11pm) told me to bring the pizza up there so he could look at it while telling me what I received when he hasn’t even set eyes on it. I will never order from here again. I also would recommend a customer service class for this “man”

I order from here a lot, and there’s always good communication from the app abt deliveries, the one time there was an error they sent me a coupon for a free pizza! Also those crunch lava cakes are way better than expected! Good stuff guys thanks

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My order took over an hour to get delivered, and my pizza arrived cold. I called the store to let them know, and the manager rudely asked me ‘what do you want us to do about it?’ I responded that I would like a new pizza or my money back. The manager then said ‘yea no we’re not going to do that. Have a nice night’ and hung up the phone. The employees and manager are rude, worthless, and do not care about their jobs. Expect horrible quality food, and horrendous customer service. Based on all the reviews saying the same, this location needs to be shut down. I promptly reported to corporate.

We just spent nearly $50 for two pizzas with plastic BAKED IN the pizza! They were also wrong too, we didn’t order sausage! Dominos refused to give us a refund. We asked to get them replaced, they told us we had to take the pizzas into the store and “prove it”. It’s 9pm on a Tuesday night, it’s too late to drive!

Rude manager that should not be! Doesn’t have management skills… oh and “they pocketed money” that is $50 that wasn’t put in the cashiers drawer and didn’t give change back… they switched orders/or/doesn’t know how to read a printed order paper. (Thin switched to thick) and the other pizza thick to thin…???
