So they mess up my order I order a medium pizza a 32 piece garlic knots and marble cookies and I only got one of the cookies I had to go back and get the other one I get home and my garlic knots had no sauce on them it was just bread in a box so I call the store to have them fix it the person that answer the phone was very helpful then when I get to the store the person that help me was rude and had a attitude about my order I told him it was just bread in a box I show him my order so he can see it was just bread in a box with no sauce on them at all and he ask me if I want to have them put sauce on them when they was cold so I ask if I could get a remake on them so he tell me it going t I be a wait so I waited for them couple of people Asked me if I need help they did there job with out any attitude at all even ask one more please pro way to order that I had since I was getting the remake while I was there at one of the managers stepped up and gave me some free wings it still don’t make up for how badly I was treated when I asked for his name he refused to give me his name so I doubt that I would ever go back there. Should I just ask for a refund but it not worth going back there because I was begging cool and I don’t loose my cool with that employee I just rather not go there again after that

This is the worst domino’s experience I’ve ever had! I order a cheese dip,pasta and a pizza which was horrible it was all burnt. Call the store spoke with the manager he told me I had a credit under my number Which that was a lie.. super bad experience bad customer service (josh) and the worst food ever.. I have been on the phone for the past 20 min trying to get Leo the manager on the phone to get my money refunded don’t lose your time and money on this store. We are really disappointed with this particular store.

Ordered my pizza for pick up and was told I would take 20 minutes. I ordered at 9:20pm and got there at 9:40pm. I waited in line for 5 minutes. When I finally got to the window and gave my name I waited another 5 minutes for the person to come back to tell me they lost my order. Now all I ordered was one medium pizza. Then they proceeded to tell me I have to wait another 8 minutes for my pizza. Finally got my pizza at 10:13pm i have never had to wait for my pizza like this… will never go back

Love the space was kinda difficult to get to the parking due to one way in, another out. The staff were very friendly got to sit inside and wait for my order. Had my daughter with me and she enjoyed watching them prepare the pizzas and talked with the staff. They thanked us for being their audiences. And we were on our way. Definitely like coming to this domino’s location.

This used to be a really good Domino’s pizza during COVID-19. Now this wparticular location takes longer than 30 to 45 minutes to prepare a pizza. There are routinely 4-5 cars in the drive-thru waiting for pizzas to be made .I’ve switched to the Domino’s on Wyoming and Constitution. And I only pick up my pizzas now due to having lost faith in dominoes. Seems like the district manager doesn’t know what to do with this particular location. The manager was rude to me and the quality of the pizza is terrible now.

Hate to say, this please need work. Seriously. This place needs to hire more people. And DO NOT ORDER OAST 10PM. If your going to order, pick up. Don’t be a lazy ***. Because when they drive, there’s less people making the food. Don’t be selfish. Management also needs to listen to their employees, but we know they won’t do that.

Bruh i have to wait almost 2 hours after paying $43 after tip. I only ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. The driver took it to the wrong apartments and then they proceeded to blame it on me. Let alone the 2 year old baby they’re letting stay hungry smh!!!
