I used to love this place and WAS a regular customer until last night! I ordered two pan pizzas both were mainly dough no sauce or cheese! I called to complain about the lack of cheese on the pizzas. The response I got was this “we are having an inspection coming up so now we have to measure the cheese.” I asked shouldn’t the entire pizza have cheese on it she said yes I said well it didn’t. I said it doesn’t seem right I have to order extra cheese just to have cheese on the pizza. She did not have a response! I called today to speak to a manager. He was no help either he said I really don’t know what went on last night, but he did say the entire pizza should have cheese, but if I really want cheese I need to order extra cheese! I used to eat there once maybe twice a week, but due to the staffs lack of concern even a sorry would have been nice I didn’t even get that. I will go to Stan’s Late night Pizza from now on. The food and staff are amazing!! Their pizza is loaded with cheese and their prices are better. Bye, bye Domino’s I refuse to spend my money somewhere that does not take customer complaints seriously and act as though I am wasting their time. Now you have one less customer wasting your time!!

Ordered pizza with three toppings, got pizza with two toppings. Let them know there was a problem and they have no intentions of making it right. But still charged me for the topping I ordered but didn’t get.

This place used to be good I called because for the second time my order was wrong and did not meet brand quality standards. I ordered jalapeno bacon stuffed cheese bread there were no bacon or jalapenos….last time I order the delivery driver Jessica was rude now apparently shes been promoted to manager….Do not order from here try stans late night pizza instead!

Never going here again, service?I found better in a hood liquor store at midnight, when someone say thank you you reply with a you’re welcome and not your nose in the air like that. Not good. 20 elementary students waited in vain for pizzas they had worked hard all year to earn. The pizzas never showed up. Someone dropped the ball and it disappointed a lot of people. If the food is as bad as the service, no one should ever eat here!

This store has been going down hill for a while. Just got a order and the bread bites where over done and dry. The pizza was over cooked and dry with very very little cheese and sauce.The worst pizza yet. Will not order from them again
