For 9 years now, they’ve never gotten our order wrong and the one time they forgot our soda we had it within 20 minutes. Everything is always hot and fresh. I tip well and they’ve always gotten here before their time was up and sometimes unusually early! even in the snow storm last winter, they quit taking online orders but I called and I still got my pizza in time! They are fantastic, and we order approximately once every ten days or so.

It’s okay. Exactly 3 star worthy. This particular branch has a tendency to overcook and straight burn pizzas. You can tell some of the bread bites or cinnamon things are stale. That being said however, when they do actually make the pizzas right and the dough tastes fresh, it’s really good. So I guess it’s 50/50 on getting a burned medicore pizza or an amazing one.

I can tell the crew is struggling with long wait times and many customers however…… the associate who was preparing the pizza dough stopped to answer the phone and went straight back to preparing more dough without washing her hands. I asked the associate standing at the cash register how she went from preparing dough to answering the phone straight back to the dough and he replied “seee how the phone is still ringing because she put it on hold.” I was like no -(clearly not stupid, I know how hold works) I pointed out how nasty that is and he proceeded to tell me it’s not illegal in the state of Arizona with an attitude. Customer service needs some improvement and cleanliness.

Husband ordered Wings and the Delivery Driver named John never showed up . So my husband called them to see where his order was at. Dominos told my husband that the delivery driver couldn’t find our address and was going to call but decided not to call at all. This was all after 11 and Dominos said” Do you want more wings” My husband said “ No , it’s to late , I’m going to bed . Dominos customer service shouldn’t have irresponsible teenagers running a business .

This location needs to teach its delivery drivers how to carry a pizza apparently. The driver brought my boxes to me vertically, even tucking my order up under his arm at one point. My pizza was tossed about, toppings everywhere, slices all stacked on top of each other. How hard is it to carry a pizza horizontally?

** UPDATE. I wish I could add more stars on! So in my delivery instructions I have it stated that ‘I am Batman! ‘and tonight’s order resulted in one of the staff members drawing the Batman symbol on the box for my cheesy bread. Those guys are so amazing I absolutely love them. also my delivery driver Teresa tonight was incredible, she was super friendly and funny!**

I have had many mishaps here at this location being a regular customer. In the last 3 years, about half of my orders are exactly what I want. Hot, fresh and delicious… The other half…? I get some seriously bad quality pizza from the employees of this store, who will box up the mistakes and deliver them out to their customers. It is almost as if it isnt their job to check or maintain quality food service for your customers. I’ve added photos of the same order of a BBQ Beef and Bacon pie to this post showing what I mean. One of them is made right. The other was made without half of its toppings, BBQ sauce, or cheese. If you are not going to hold them accountable, get those employees some better training would ya? You are losing money.
