the order online was good salad had a aftertaste but what really was a tasteless part was the BBQ wings. they were under cooked and rubbery then just buried under nothing but BBQ sauce. very poorly presented. for the money it was not worth it.

Besides 1 of the girls being all over another coworker and touchy feeling (grabbing and dragging him to a corner) and trying to make out behind the counter in front of my kids the food is great and everyone else always seems to be working really hard and gets food out timely. Took an hour when we were quoted 30-40 minutes. When the food arrived it was ice cold. The pizza barely had any sauce on it. It was so dry. For an almost $50 order it was very disappointing food.

The online ordering process was quick and easy to complete. My order was ready when it said it would be plus it was hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff was friendly and asked If I needed any plates or peppers. Most places don’t even ask if you need any condiments. With service and convenience this good I choose Domino’s over the competition.

Two of the delivery drivers are wonderful. The rest of the staff (especially store management) are awful! 80% of the time my orders are wrong. The “Report a Dominos Insurance Problem” on their app does not work-you get an error. When you call the store about a problem they get crabby and try to blame you for their error. I love the seasoned crust and order the hand-tossed crust for that reason… the last 4 pizzas have not been seasoned. I would order from someone else but they are the only ones who deliver out where I live.

We ordered on the app. We have ordered using the app many times. This time the app tracked my pizza leaving the oven and the delivery driver on his way. More than an hour later I still had no pizza. I called to check on it and they put me on hold for 15min 23sec. before I hung up and called back. I explained my situation. I did not receive an apology of any kind and when I asked for a refund. They assured me that my food was on its way.They transferred me to a few people before they finally canceled my order. I never received an apology. Horrible customer service!!!!!
