This Domino’s store is really bad. I ordered online and it said 20 mins. I went to pick up my order exactly 20 mins after I ordered and they said it will be 20 mins after I already paid. I said I ordered 20 mins ago so I said fine ok. I went to another store to get a drink and when I came back 15 mins later they were barely putting the pizza in the oven so I didn’t get my ordered until 55 mins after I ordered online. I could see if they were busy but they weren’t. They had a few workers in there but I could see them playing around with one another. They need better management at this store. Don’t go to this one unless you feel like waiting around for a long time for 2 pizzas

When I ordered my small pizza and parmesan bread twist, the young man behind the counter asked both of the cooks for approx time they said 20 min. He checked with me to be sure I was OK with it, I assured him that would be fine, but when I returned 20 min later to pick up my pizza they had not even STARTED my order. I waited 36 min for my order. Totally not acceptable.

Ordering was fast & they came up to our window to deliver it curbside which was nice. Sadly the food was horrible though – my husband found HAIR in the pasta, the sausage on the pizza was not fully cooked and tasted horrible. The feta/spinach cheese was good but my husband and I were sick for days after eating this food. Will not be coming back.

The lady said my order was 10.55 for my speciality chicken before the 20 percent discount so i was charged 9.55 for 1 and online it says they cost 7.50 each..She way overcharged ne so thats why they get this bad review.

Terrible experience. Driver delivered to the wrong house. Contactless delivery does not work!!! I ran over to the neighbor who had the pizza and was on the phone with the store to tell them of the wrong delivery. The person on the phone said it wasn’t their store or driver, despite the fact that she called the number on the receipt. He took no responsibility. Pizza was cold. The last time I ordered from Domino’s, it took over 1.5 hours to receive the delivery. What happened to 30 minutes? I vowed to never order again but decided to tonight and got bit again. Never ever ordering from any Domino’s again.

I ordered online (17 orders in the last 10 months to my address) the website auto-filled an address that was not mine nor an address that was even in my profile. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I called this store to advise them of what happened. The General Manager said since it was placed online it was my fault, since they personally didn’t make a mistake. I could get my order only if I was charged again. The address I intended to have delivered is my default address. When placing the order I noticed the address was wrong and changed it to the correct one. The order still shipped to the wrong address. Now I am out my lunch and the $40. I called corporate and he said that he will have a representative of the Franchisee for that store call me, and it will be up to them to “make it right”. I guess I will need to find a new pizza place.
