I was overcharged. I ordered online. Accepted the taxes, tip and delivery fee. Was given the total price. I paid it. Later I happened to notice that I was charged $10 more for the transaction than what my bill should have been. If this place wants to set they’re own prices or fees or surcharges or whatever the heck is going on. I just won’t purchase from the franchise anymore. When I agree to a purchase price don’t go behind my back and charge me whatever you like. You lost customers. Not like you all care right?!

I don’t think I’ve gotten a correct order in the past 3 months. Tonight was the last straw when I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it showed up…WITHOUT THE BUFFALO SAUCE! If I’m going to pay for overpriced pizza I at least want the correct overpriced pizza

I order get there there out of large boxes so they cut the pizza in half, put each section in a small box. They haven’t trained the guy on how to fold the boxes. He struggles for a while until someone helps him then brings up the pizza I told I already paid he said the receipt shows I haven’t paid yet. They get the manager she confirms I paid. So I ask for a refund and only get back what I paid for the pizza and not the tip I should not have left

The worst ordering experience ever. Could not get my card information correct even after 3 tries. I had to go there and order rather then wait for a delivery. Staff were playing around with each other using pizza sized spatula to pop another worker on the bottom them his head did not was it. He just went a started scooping up pizzas. Not one time did I watch an employee wash Thier hands or was utensils. Totally gross

Somebody must be sick in the head working for dominoes here in Safford. Ordered my usual thin crust jalapeno pepperoni, and when I went outside to pick it up (it was contactless) there was a piece of gum stuck to my box and the pizza was partially folded over where it looked like someone spit on it. I’m mad even this next morning.

Worst domino’s experience to date. The bar must be set pretty low here, they should do a field trip to other locations or have corporate check out how many people just sit around and do nothing at the front counter. Checking phones whilst people are trying to order, seriously? Go elsewhere, you’ll save time. The pizza was definitely not worth the long wait.
