This is the second time I ordered a delivery for 2 pizzas and the second time I’m super disappointed. I live 10 minutes away for this store and it took 2 hours to get my order. Something black was in our food. After I called multiple times the “manager” kept hanging up on me, after reading the reviews this is apparently not the first time. The manager continued to refuse to provide her name so I had to go into the store and get it there. Her name was Marissa and the other guy who was also apparently a “manager” named Tyler refused to help us. Had to call different locations and contact corporate to get the issue resolved. If you can’t bother to have decent customer service then what’s the point of working??
