Big shout out to the Domino’s team that was working the night I had to order for 50 people. They were very helpful as I needed to make a few adjustments to how I needed the pizzas sliced. The order was ready on time and they even helped me get it situated in my car with plates and napkins.

DO NOT order from Domino’s anymore if you want less quality food AND terrible service, they use a over seas call center and when your order arrives, it’s wrong AND missing stuff. The response from the store is “its either go over seas and keep the price $6.99 or keep it here and charge $8.99) I don’t think your customer base had a say in that decision because I’d bet my life 90% or better of Americans would have said keep it here we would be happy to pay $1-2 more for better service. Same thing with Pizza Hut… this country is going to hell in a hand basket and companies like these are caring the basket. They care more about the money than they do the customer and quality.

I’ve worked at Domino’s for a while, I understand when mistakes/issues happen. This store isn’t good. I’ve only ordered a few times from this store but they’ve consistently messed up the orders and have taken over 30 minutes to deliver it (as in 30 minutes to make/sit in the warmer, then 30 minutes to get it 0.2 miles to my house); which doesn’t make sense since I live across the street. They can’t deliver a hot pizza. I’ve always tipped well but I’d rather go to a different store at this point.

Just got two pizzas with almost no toppings. Our cheese pizza had half with no cheese. I called to complain and they said they have very strict measurements now on toppings. So guess no more ordering from Domino’s Pizza. What is pizza with no toppings or cheese…bread. Sad to see this happen.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!! I was completely disappointed with how I was treated. I walked in and half of the employees where just on there cell-phones, second they didn’t acknowledge me or even wash their hands after being on there phones. The managers that where teenagers there laughed at the fact that I wasn’t being helped. Most of the employees smelled like B.O and their drivers have a hygiene issues. They need better employees and managers

We ordered food the other night (online) and we were quoted 45-55 min for delivery. It took a little longer 1hr 20 min the pizza tracker said it was delivered already and it wasn’t. ( I get it they are trying to make their numbers look good for corporate) but let me tell you….. the pizza was perfect. Piping hot and EXACTLY what I expect from a good Domino’s store. I get the delays I’ve worked in this field before. I really appreciate a good hot pizza even if it takes longer than expected. Great job crew.
