I am really disappointed by the pizza, they skimp on ingredients to the point that a Chicago style pizza looks like a thin crust pizza with almost no ingredients cheese or sauce. They did say that were going to make it right. But charged 40.00 for a small deep dish pizza instead of the medium I ordered. This is not up to the quality of any other dominoes I have ever been to.

Usually service was great. Tonight our pizza was removed from the oven at 6:06 and still not delivered at 6:45. They are short staffed, but never offered to make this right, only kept telling us to cancel if we don’t want it. THE WORST customer service ever. Dominos will not see another order from me.

Ordered online. Wanted to pay cash. All it sais was that drivers carry less then 20 in change… My order was 41. Had a $50. Was gonna give driver the balance. Grandkids were excited when they saw we were having pizza… Guess what. Can’t take the 50… Thanks a lot for disappointing the kids

The employees were friendly and offered the things I needed like plates and helped carry out the extra boxes. The main reason for the low score is that I needed them by a certain time so I put in a time 20 minutes before I needed thinking surely that’s enough of a buffer that the pizza wouldn’t be cold if they were done on time and even if they were late there was plenty of time to get it done on time. I was having a bad day and just walking into this Dominos lifted me, better off than I was. I heard Super Mario music playing (so fun) and one of the cooks noticed and gave me a friendly nod. And the clerk was nice and offered plates and napkins. I know it doesn’t seem like much but truly sometimes people don’t realize that their escape off to buy pizza can bring all the joy of , not just the pizza itself, but the aura of welcome that people crave. Thank Goodness for Pizza and Thank God for good kind people.

Pizza tastes good and all, my family enjoyed it. They substituted regular dough for my gluten free pizza, I was sick for four days because of it. I don’t recommend ordering the gluten free pizza, you might just get regular dough. I really hate being that sick and in so much pain.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE customer service and cooking. I complained about my order and they refused to fix it or refund me and then I went in a few days later with another $40 dollar order and they literally made my pizza like they were still angry at the day before. I asked they guy for plates and napkins and he rudley said,”Sure I’ll walk all the way back inside the store just to go get those for you…smiled and walked off. And came back saying,” enjoy you pizza “with a little chuckle and rude tone. I get home n open the box and got 4 pizzas with no crust, no cheese, and no sauce. Now I see why they were basically laughing while giving them to me and I see what the actually meant. This place is crazy. I can’t believe they can legally get away with doing that to people. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve been to and I only go to soul food restaurants n hood restaurants for a reason. I trust their cooking and customer service for more than these type of restaurants who don’t care what they do to your order then feed it to you with a twisted smile. Sick.
