Oddly Optimistic
It was burnt. My kids ate a little (because it took an hour) and they said they wouldn’t refund or replace it. Christina from store 7643 literally sounded like she couldn’t care less and like she had given up completely on life. There was hair on the pizza and she said basically oh well. Disgusting. Low priced but not worth the low quality of people and service. Her voice was like she was slumped over and her eyes were rolling in not just a lack of care for customer service but a lack of care about just anything at all. I almost felt sad for her. Such an easy job, and she managed to not do even the slightest good job. Sad. Should I really care about the pizza if it’s such a deep inconvenience to replace a hairy burnt or cold pizza? Or would it just be easier to let her crawl back in her hole? Who knows. She was acting like I was trying to Hussle a free new set of pizzas but really I just wanted quality the first time Ive never sent them anything back. Domino’s, please realize plenty of other people could do a better job. She didn’t say sorry for the inconveniences or anything. Basic stuff.

This has been my family’s quick stop shop for pizza for the last 3 years and this evening on March 28th 2023 at 6:00 I picked up one 8-piece chicken wings, one gluten-free pepperoni pizza and one large regular pepperoni pizza. This is what I was surprised with upon opening the large regular pizza, the pictures should say enough and if you would honestly make this and serve this to either the owner or your manager then you need to reevaluate your employment choices, I know y’all can do better.

Always an issue coming to this store & of course they don’t answer the phone. Burnt bread, burnt bacon, pizza doesn’t even have bacon all over it & the dough was not even cooked thoroughly which makes no sense. Why do workers give out food they won’t eat themselves this is why customers get angry. Smdh

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and 1 was wrong. I get it, mistakes happen. I call to get the order fixed. Manager says the correct pizza will be here in 15 minutes. I never got the pizza, nor any contact from the store about my order. I’m done with Dominos for good.

Certainly don’t know about the person(s) working here, but the bad prep of my last Delivery order was Unsatisfactory, pizza was doughy and toppings were bits and cheese not on pizza. Mgr. Hung up on me when I called about my order. Being a loyal customer, I’m seriously switching to another pizza place.

I give it one star, just because I can’t give it a zero. The “fast” deliveries are not fast, when I ordered my pizza, one hour and 30 minutes passed, and it did not get to my home, even though it said that it arrived. I had to call the store, and apparently my order wasn’t delivered and they told me to wait other 25 minutes that was so annoying.
