We ordered pizza and cheesy bread for lunch at our office. I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but this was terrible. I give two stars because we had no problem with the delivery. It was ordered online and brought to the right place on time. However, the pizza was overcooked and did not look appetizing. I guess it did keep us from starving the rest of the afternoon. I can’t say the same for the cheesy bread. It looked terrible and I didn’t give it a chance to see how it tasted. I couldn’t get past how bad it looked. I should’ve read the other reviews before I even ordered but it’s the only pizza place close to our office so we didn’t have a lot of choice. It sounds like it does no good to complain directly to the store so all I can do is add my review to the pile of others.

Messed up our order and was told we would have a free one noted. My wife called in to order the free one and there was no note. Spoke to the manager and got it fixed but decided to order later. When I called on the note was still not there so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very rude on the phone and made it seem like this was my wife’s fault. He also hung up after I placed the order in an unprofessional manner. When my wife picked up the pizza she said she was given dirty looks from whoever gave her the pizza. We will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Usually food is fine but the process to place an order is a royal pain and will absolutely deter me from eating here again. Can’t order online it says multiple payments fail even though they are pending on my account. So I call and get told I can’t use my online points to get my free pizza which sounded like it was answered in another country. This is the last time I will bother with Domino’s as it’s a pain and half the stores won’t even answer the phone around here.

I ordered 2 md 2 topping pizzas with extra cheese, what I received was 2 pizzas with no cheese. I ordered this over the phone and after almost an hour we received these. I called hoping they would just send a remake maybe throw in a soda or a desert for the trouble as my kids are very hungry at this point, but no I’m told they will void my payment for this order and if I want the pizza I originally order I will need to pay for it again, there is no sympathy or apology, and the “general manager says” they don’t just send out remakes or throw in anything to make it right. I will not order delivery from this location again, which sucks because I enjoy dominos.

This has got to be one of the worst places to order food from. Not because of the actual food itself but because of the fact that it is extremely difficult to order anything here. You can almost never get delivery, you are always greeted with the “Checkout Failed” message and it is extremely frustrating. The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the food isn’t that bad but the service is absolutely terrible. It’s super frustrating to not be able to order online and delivery is super inconsistent with this location.
