Ordered $30 delivery. Wrong order worth about $12 arrived, with toppings that my family won’t eat. Called. No good. Tried to find a corporate number—no good. Tried calling another Dominos to see if they had any ideas. No help. This Dominos’s phone said they were closed when I knew they weren’t, so I drove over. They offered to replace or refund my order. I got a replacement. When I got back home the delivery driver was there with my correct order, having realized his mistake 15-20 minutes too late. We ended up with double the pizza we ordered, but the relaxing evening I was trying to have by ordering delivery turned into a frustrating merry-go-round. “Delivery Insurance”, as the online claim policy is called, only gives a free pizza or 20% off the next order. It in no way would have compensated for the initial mistake.

I told one of the workers to make my pizza without touching any kind of meat even pork because I don’t eat none of those but what happened was he seemed like he didn’t care and was making the dough, touching the cheese and adding the pepperoni without washing his hands. When I asked him about it he got mad and gave me a fit so at the point I lost my love and respect for dominos. I’ve never had a bad experience till tonight. You guys gotta tell your workers to wash their hands or tell them to not cross contaminate the cheese and dough.

I literally ordered and received my pizza in 10 Mins. I mean, yes we live like 3 blocks away, but still!! Travis the delivery driver is a hero because we are lazy, So thanks, Travis! The pizza was great!

The Parmesan bites were good but the pizza was a major let down. When picking up the pizza the whole thing just fell apart. The crust was also half cooked. This location was really good a year ago. But the last few we have gotten from it were either Burnt or way undercooked.

If I could give zero stars I would everytime I order they can’t do it they don’t have enough drivers they are under staffed this is why I quit ordering from there to Begin with when I order for delivery it’s because I am not able to come get it so I don’t want phone calls saying we can’t deliver you need to come get it every freaken time we order worst place ever I’ll just keep going to big daddy’s or pizza hut at least they are reliable

Just ordered a pizza and cinnamon twists… Pizza box was soaked in oil that was leaking everywhere from the cinnamon twists which weren’t edible, swimming in oil and missing the icing. By far the worst Dominos experience.

The order was an Easy Order that populated the last address the items were ordered from–a place we moved from last September.
