Ordered pizzas via the app and I do appreciate the convenience of that. I requested the extra cheese option that is prompted when you add a pizza to your cart and it appeared that that was lost in translation as the pizzas I ordered did not appear cheesier than the average pizza. We still ate all the pizza.

Ordered pizzas and wings tonight. Received a call that the driver was “in my area”. 15 minutes later, I called the store inquiring as to where my delivery is/was. (I live just blocks from the store). I was told that the driver was “stuck on South Temple due to traffic from the Utah game. ( the game is in the 3rd quarter and miles from this location)

In town for a work conference & ordered pizza and salad for a late dinner. The pizza arrived hot & the salad was fresh tasting. The driver, Shanon, went above and beyond! 07/15/23 – Tried to order a pizza on our way back from a concert. Was a Saturday night around 12pm with 2 employees working. When we pulled up one of them was outside smoking a cigarette chatting with a woman in the parking lot. He came inside behind us and told us it would be 1.5 hrs for a pizza. No customers inside other than us, no pizzas being made for other customers, after we said no and that we didn’t want to wait, the same employee ran back outside to the same car in the parking lot with the woman to smoke another cigarette.

We moved to SLC a couple months ago, and this Domino’s is close to our place, so we’ve ordered online for carryout three times now, and each time the pizza has been ready when expected, the team has been very friendly, and the pizzas are fantastic. I hadn’t had Domino’s for years previously, but I’m very happy with the food now.

I ordered online. 20 minutes later they hadn’t even started the order. They were out of spinach. I get it. but that was only for one of the three pizzas I ordered. I ordered the bbq chicken specialty pizza. It was not even edible. There were four people eating, no one could eat it. It was horrible. Not sure what was wrong. Dry and old chicken ? old sauce ? old cheese ? so out of two specialty pizzas and one small kids cheese pizza. We were only able to eat the two. We threw out the entire bbq chicken pizza. I will not be ordering from dominoes again. Go with Pizza hut.. they have better rewards.

I like Domino’s Pizza a lot. I think their $5.99 coupon for medium 2 topping pizzas is fantastic and keeps me ordering from them. When I placed my order online today the coupons didn’t apply (even though when I placed the order it came up with the correct total) so I had to call in and have them change it. When I called I had a long, frustrating, wait time but the employees were helpful and I appreciated the customer service I received. What I do not appreciate is placing the order with the estimated time being 13-23 minutes and getting it almost an hour later. I understand that they may be busy but let me know that before I order please! Today I was especially disappointed because I ordered garlic knots and two of the knots were VERY small. I paid for 8 knots not 6 and 2 halves. I think they need to work on their quality control.

Inexplicably canceled my order while it was out for delivery nearly an hour after I placed the order. Delivery driver did not have a tracker enabled on his vehicle. App and website gave error messages when I tried to learn why my order was canceled. I’m disputing the credit card charge as soon as it posts, since they’ve so far failed to reverse the fraudulent charge.
