I ordered a pizza from dominoes tonight normally I have no problem with them. But I did not get the pizza I ordered. And the customer service was not good. I was hung up on and then told that it would be a while before I would get my food. Because they’re busy. Well I understand about being busy. But don’t you think because my order was messed up. That they should move my order to the head of the line.

We ordered at 5:00 PM. At 6:00 PM I called the store to check status on our order. The worker told me ours was the next order to be delivered and should be delivered within 20 minutes. At 7:00 PM I started calling again. The phone wouldn’t go through to their store at all. Finally at 7:30 PM I went to the store to figure out the issue. Our order wasn’t made, and no one knew anything about it even though their tracker said it had been completed. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend them to anyone else. There’s much better pizza in town.

Pizza and wings were very good. Delivery took 45 minutes past what they had originally told me then the delivery driver Krysten was rather rude and didn’t say much for how late the order was. Will just be ordering takeout next time and not delivery. Would have saved a ton of time.

Edit: I feel I should add that the drivers have been very prompt once actually sent out and also very polite upon arrival. The issues are entirely with the in-house staff. Tip you drivers, they’re doing good work.

We picked up pizza while passing by the city from Dinosaurs national monument to Salt Lake City. The Pizza place is small and perfect pickup place. There is no dine in option.

Only order from Vernal Dominos if you want to wait for an hour and then get rotten lettuce, and half baked pizza. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone in store or from their corporate customer service number. Incredible waste of time and money

A typical Dominos. Pizza is mediocre. Staff are friendly and nice. Pick up pizza wasn’t ready when the app said it would be and I had to sit for 15 minutes. They hadn’t even started prepping the pizza when I arrived, 40 minutes after ordering. Boooooo!

honestly I’ve have many issues with pizza places here in vernal but this dominoes has been very good. pizza has been great and online has been awesome! but what makes me irritated is that they deliver to my next door neighbor which is about 100 to 150 feet away but cant deliver to my address… wish they would fix that…
