Long time customer of this store in particular, via online ordering. Lately though, pizza quality has been dropping and expense has been rising. More of my complaints, though, are more against the customer-facing corporate entity and how they think their site/app should be ran, rather than this local store.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I tried to order a carry out special online for $7.99, I also had a $5 digital coupon that I tried to apply. For some reason it wasn’t working so I called the store and explained what was going on, they said they could take the order over the phone and apply the coupons once I got there. I drove to the store to get my order, once there they said my total was over $20. I told the person at the counter that I had previously talked to someone on the phone who would apply the coupon, the person at the counter told me that they couldn’t apply it and I was out of luck. I then asked if Incould apply just one of the coupons and was told, no. So instead of paying around $5 like I was told over the phone, I ended up spending 4× that amount. The person after all this then asked if I would like to leave a tip. I was genuinely left speechless. Don’t lie to your customers just to get them into your store. The best part of my experience was when I got home and opened the pizza . . . it was burnt. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Ordered one pizza online for delivery , an hour later I get a call saying that they only have one driver and the roads are bad so it’s gonna be another 45 mins – 1 hour. It hasn’t snowed for 2 hours and the roads are fine. So I’m annoyed that they want to blame the roads when the pizza is late because they only have 1 driver. Now my food will be cold
