Repeated instances of delivery taking over an hour when tracker says 30min. Currently waiting and it’s been an hour and a half. When I call the location, no answer and I get to listen to their recording about how great dominos is… 15min of jazzy happy music while no one at the store answers… UPDATE: 2hrs later, pizza never came but I was charged. I recently moved into a new apartment. I placed my regular order and for the 3rd time in a row, my order was taken to the wrong address and delivered to the wrong people. If you have an issue and ask for a franchise number or a corporate order you get your order canceled and kicked out of the store for life. Hands down the worst customer care I’ve ever seen.

Today bad experience. I ordered 5:21 pm. App stated 35 min. I headed in. Got there 5:40 ish, and the reader board said 1- 5 min so I sat down and waited. Watched my name get moved down the list. Always 1-5 min left..recieved food 6:35. Poor performance.

As much as I love Domino’s Pizza this location just ain’t it. The last three times I have ordered my estimated wait time was less than an hour. Each time my one pizza & 8 piece wings took almost 2 1/2 hours to get to me. The wings aren’t great but the pizza usually is. It’s just not worth the excessive wait time.

I have never gotten a single order correct here. They don’t read the actual orders, we’ve had to come back and get our pizzas fixed EVERY TIME. On top of that NONE OF THEM wear gloves while cooking the pizzas. They don’t care whether they get things right or not. They didn’t listen even after we told them to remake it and they still got it incorrect.

I ordered a pizza on friday afternoon, for an afternoon delivery. I orderd it online for The pizza was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. By the time It got to my house it was far from fresh. It was barely luke warm. It looked like it had been on a shelf for a couple hours. Yikes! Late and not in the least bit fresh. All I got was excuses and I can’t help you. I would NOT recommend Dominos in Saratoga Springs.
