My curbside pick up order was like only two minutes late. But they give me a free pizza next time I order. They were working their butts off. Mountain Home Idaho Domino’s is the bomb pizza delivery curbside company. They’re better than any other pizza. Order the Philly cheesesteak pan pizza with extra Philly steak and mushrooms. It’s awesome

They have the nastiest wings I have ever had. Soggy and undercooked. I had this issue in the past and they told me to call after ordering online and have them double fry them. Wow such awesome advice because I got those sick nasty soggy wings again. Thanks!

I think the staff do the best they can, but much like tonight, I’ve lost count of how many times this location is closed at 5 pm and not taking pick-up or carry-out orders until 9 pm.

Never had such bad service until now, my order was done online, got a notice it was ready, I went in and I paid for it and tipped and the person would ask the ones coming in if it was pickup or they needed to order and my order sat there for 20 minutes getting cold while the young man helped others who would come in after me and then give them their order. Totally Unacceptable, I asked politely three times if he would please hand me my order, he just looked around then helped the next person. Finally did not ask so polite, I said “hand me my order NOW” its been sitting there for 20 minutes. He finally did.

Past 3 orders have been consistently late deliveries with lukewarm food and pretty entitled drivers that assumed they were getting tipped for being 30 minutes late. And lukewarm aside, the food’s just not very good anymore. When I called the store, the guy who answered seemed to be deaf, stoned, and indifferent. Congratulations, you’ve lost yet another customer.

Had stopped eating there a long time ago because of food quality, but my son really wanted Dominos. So decided to give them another try. 2 hours waiting for food and got nothing! I placed my order online about an hour later still no food and tracker just said they had received order. I called to get an update and the guy that answered was not that courteous said mine was next so I asked so how much longer he said bout 30 min so I said ok. Another hour later still no food. So I called and the guy said it was done but was in line to get picked up to be delivered. So he said I can either wait or just cancel my order so I canceled. He was kinda rude, no customer service quality at all…his attitude was pretty much like this is how it is weather you like it or not!

We have been ordering pizza from here for the last couple years. Been having pretty good luck with them until the last couple times. First mishap the pizza we ordered was entirely wrong, called them up they sent a free one, by the time that came it was an hour since we called up. NOW, THIS TIME, we placed the order at 657, according to the online tracking it went to ‘quality check’ at 705. It finally arrived at our house at 743. Not only it was late it wasn’t hot. I didn’t pay for a hot pizza only have to put it into the microwave to heat it up. Used to have delivery within 20 minutes, correct and hot.
