Order a couple pizzas here a few weeks ago and both pizzas were wrong. Called and they sent new ones out but it took about an hour to get replacements… ordered pizza again last night there is barely any sauce, barely any cheese and the pan crust was under cooked. Very disappointing to say the least 🙁

Good pizza, but I cannot order using their call center. The people who answer are not native in the English and are hard to communicate with. The 1st time I tried to order via the call center, my order never got to the store; and the 2nd time, I could not make them understand I wanted 4 cheese pizzas in the $6.99 deal. They wanted to sell me cheesy bread or large pizzas, but not the mediums I asked for.

I had the worst customer experience with this location. I had called ahead to ask if I could use a $100.00 bill to pay if I came in to pick up my order since I know drivers don’t carry enough cash or take such large bills. I was told that I could do that, so I ordered and when I went to pick up my food I was told that I could not use a 100, and to go to the gas station next door to try to break it. I explained that I had called ahead and was given a blank stare, so I asked for the manager (not a Karen I swear) and I explained the situation to the manager who told me that I could not pay with a 100 and to try the gas station to break it. No apology or empathy for the screw up whatsoever. So, I said “Well, I drove here from Boise because you are the closest store to me, and I called ahead to make sure this was okay, so I won’t be back.” They said “okay” and that was that. I haven’t been back. That was 3 years ago. After 2 years of being a loyal customer (1-2 orders a month) I got zero empathy and horribly incorrect information, and more importantly no food. Just awful.

Lack of patience seems to be a common theme in the reviews. I took 4min to get outside just to see the dominoes delivery driver speeding away from my apt complex. I live in apt complex and currently have an injury, so I move a little slower. The driver couldn’t wait 5min for me to come outside. I used my points for a pizza, now I have no points and no pizza. Horrible service. I used to deliver for dominoes, sometimes people are slower at coming out of apt buildings.

The Dominos Eagle location is fabulous. I’m a regular at this location. Carolina went above and beyond tonight to deliver to my home. She took the time to get to know my pup. He’s big and learning (1yr 1/2) lol. He barks at people he doesn’t recognize. She didn’t need to do this. I appreciate you Carolina. Thank you!

This place is ridiculous. We ordered two simple pizzas and we waited an hour and 20 minutes and still no pizzas. Don’t waste your time with this place that can’t even deliver a pizza two miles in less than an hour and a half. What a joke. They wanted our family to eat a pizza an hour and a half after it was made. We will not be ordering from them ever again!

Facts: pizza was ordered at 6:05. According to tracker it was out of the oven at 6:22. Delivered at 7:02. I live less than 15 minutes from the store.

We used to order from this dominos a lot but lately it’s been awful. We’ve had completely wrong orders a few times, and have had to cancel orders after waiting over an hour for them to tell us over the phone they haven’t even started cooking it. This time, my husband ordered buffalo sauce on his pizza and they completely obliterated the pizza with buffalo sauce. Like this pizza was DROWNED in sauce.
