Horrible Service all around!! Website is a nightmare to work with, it took almost two hours to get our pizzas, and the pizza was awful! Two pizzas we hardly cooked, and the third was cold and looked like it was made yesterday! To top it off the boxes were all smashed, along with the pizzas! All of the toppings and cheese were stuck to the top of the boxes! What a joke! Management needs to do something this isn’t the first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt because I get it’s hard being short staffed but this quality of service is unacceptable!!

Ordered a pizza and other items for my children while i was at the hospital with my wife. Order showed delivered but when I got home no pizza had been delivered. I called and explained my issue and they could have cared less saying it was “coupon night”. They made no attempt to make it right even though we are regular customers. They took my money and never gave me any product. We will NEVER order from this dominoes EVER AGAIN!!! I am still in disbelief about how inept and uncaring they were, even the manager. Just unbelievable!!!

Tasted good but did not follow directions specifically stated on my online order one of the pizzas was not even cut and was supposed to be a Brooklyn style. It came out as a normal hand tossed pizza. The bread bites I ordered were also good but they removed to paper and then added the sauce resulting in a greasy bottom on the box. I used to work here last year and I know for sure that it should not have come this way.

Management there isn’t consistent. There is often problems with the orders , and if you get a good manager they take care of you. Others don’t honor what another manager promised. I won’t be ordering with them again. Tonight I tried to use the store credit the manager on Sunday told me I had and the girl working who was filling in from another store said they weren’t allowed to do that. Is that even my fault you all do it different ?

I want to provide a huge shout out to this team at the Nampa/Caldwell location. I had a big order (30+) pizzas for Employee Appreciation Day. And this team was able to accommodate this order, even though there was a communication hiccup from the call center team. They made it on time and the pick-up process was smooth. Highly recommend!
