We were at this place around 1.15pm on 08/27. We asked for the menu. The person on the counter gave us one and we were having questions about the veggie pizza which was a speciality one.The employee suggested us to order 3 toppings 2 medium size instead for $9.99. We ordered those and 2 pasta and a coke. I went to the table and realized the price should have been $35 something but they charged us $55. My wife asked if it was right. There was a different person who was rude right away. We asked him if the charge was right. He said that’s correct with specialty pizzas. We told him we did not order that.he said you did and asked us to leave and he returned the money on the card..he said he won’t serve us. We asked him why he said he does not want to.. worst employee and worst service . Better check your bills too.

This is one of the few pizza places that we use on a regular basis that has NEVER messed up an order for us. Everything is fast and fresh even on Friday nights…and football game days…etc. It’s just good pizza without the twists and “flare” that make you question you pizza decisions.

Been in jackson for 6 months now. Yes all the independent restaurants are amazing and have an awesome atmosphere. That being said; this Domino’s pizza is probably the best one I’ve ever eaten at. The prices are a nice break from jackson hole prices, and the people are amazingly friendly and well trained at their jobs.

Was going to order for pickup but had bad cell service and couldn’t get order to complete online I ordered the 6.99 mix match special. Since order wouldn’t go through I decided just to go into store. Explained to large kid at counter what I was trying to order and he cut me off and shook his head and said we dont do any specials. I explained to him it does online and he said nope he couldn’t do it. I said well I’m not going to pay double the price in store. He then turned and walked off. Looks like he is destined to jump from one fast food restaurant to another because he definitely lacks any customer service skills

Ya I spoke with the manager about how late the delivery was and he said they are short staffed. I believe that is the case but don’t tell your customers that the pizza will be delivered in 40 minutes when it’s going to be over an hour. Tell them it will be over and hour and they won’t complain because you are being up front with them. He also never apologized.

Ordered a pizza online a few days ago and went and picked it up and went to work. When I opened the pizza at work there was no cheese on it. When I called the restaurant about it the girl couldn’t find my info in the system and then apparently did and said she would credit me a pizza for free for next time but that also has not materialized.
