I’ve been ordering from this location for a while, and in my experience, their delivery is always very quick, the food always arrives piping hot, and the delivery people are always very nice. I’ve only ever had 1 order messed up, and they offered to bring out the correct order, or credit my account with no hassle, so no harm, no foul. The only complaint I have is that their parking lot is tiny, and is a hot mess of a disaster if you are trying to carryout during any times that are even remotely busy.

Well it comes at no surprise to me that people literally fail to do their job with any care or consistency. Can’t follow simple instructions on a piece of paper. Just sort of throw things together and slosh it around right out of the oven. Guess that’s what you get from this establishment when you make a purchase over $60. Never again. I will not put another dime of my money into this establishments pocket.

I ordered from Domino’s for the first time in 30 years. After reading some of the reviews here I was hesitant but it was too late in the evening to leave my hotel for food. Gordon took my order and it went very smooth! The pizza came and while I didn’t particularly care for the ‘Specialty’ version I ordered there was nothing wrong with it! Changing to a ‘Build your own’ with thin crust, I’d order from this location again!

Take my advice…eat literally anywhere but here. The pizza had a “bowl” of grease sitting on top of the cheese center, as well as below the crust. It was cut into 6 giant pieces, rather than the 8 it was supposed to be. It was late at night, so I suppose it’s my own fault for ordering from here, but as they weren’t busy…you would think each item could be checked for quality.

My pizza is always made to perfection by Josh and the gang !!! Very rarely do I have an issue. The pizza at the Evanston Dominos is far superior to Pizza Hut not only in quality and taste but value !!!!

Never have I ever had a better experience or in food or even pizza for that matter. Time and time again they not only talk to me not just as a customer but as family but they let me know when there are deals that I don’t even know, and I’m 32 years old with a smartphone LOL

Be careful charged my card numerous times over drafting my bank by hundreds of dollars GM admitted it was dominoes error but when I tried to get it resolved was yelled at by GM. The supervisor claimed I was making this up as quote” that’s funny because the general manager is not at the store today.” Well if that is the case I would like to know who at the store claimed to be Josh the GM cuz that person also admitted numerous people were charged the same as I was but he though it was resolved. Love it they steal your money but then want to yell at you for asking about it

I have screenshots to prove all of this if necessary, but I’m staying at a hotel in town. I placed an order and received my order confirmation email at 11:26. After placing the order I then walked from my car into my hotel room. Once getting into my hotel room I saw I had missed 2 calls (one at 11:27 and one at 11:28). I called back at 11:31 to find out that an ingredient that I had wanted wasn’t available so I asked for other options and, after choosing one, found out that because they couldn’t get a hold of me (for 2 minutes after trying for 2 minutes) they had already cancelled my entire order.

All I could leave was a 1 star review so I will but I didn’t even get service. After looking up what was near our hotel that was still open, since it was almost 11pm, we decided on Domino’s. We started to try ordering online around 12, but it kept kicking me out of checkout with no explanation. Then at 11:20 we tried calling the store and got the ever so friendly computeer voice telling us about their deals. What we NEVER HEARD was a human voice. We sat on the phone for 10 minutes before we were hung up on!! Definitely do not use this location unless you want to end up still hungry because the employees there don’t want to work until closing time.
