I would give 0 stars if I could . Very unhappy .we got our pizza it looked as if it was tossed on its side (mangled mess on one side of the box, the cheese dip for the bread twists was all over inside of the box , we got no napkins, salad was tipped on it’s side in the bag. After this I no longer wanted to eat was getting late so having another pizza made was not acceptable

General manager, Eric @ Lakeway road Dominos in Gillette, Wy, is EXTREMELY RUDE! Called because pizza hardly had any cheese and I paid an extra $2.50 for EXTRA cheese and for extra sauce. Wasn’t cut right either…but that’s not a big deal. Just want to get what I paid for. He said he made pizza and it was a good pizza. Then he set phone down while I was talking without telling me. When I realized no one was there…after saying hello for over 2 minutes…I called back and that’s when he told me he set phone down. He then told me he wasn’t remaking pizza…because “he made it and it was a good pizza”. Wasn’t giving me my money back either. Basically was calling me a liar. Told him I could bring it down there and show him or they could pick it up. He said he wasn’t doing anything about it because “he made it and it was good”. Lol. Then he said goodbye and hung up on me. Tried calling back next day and again got Eric and he said he was general manager and I told him I was recording conversation for quality assurance and he hung up on me. Called back because thought possibly was disconnected and Ann or Anna answered phone and put me on hold to get him and my phone said I sat on hold for over 10 minutes so now I new I wasn’t disconnected that he had hung up and now was playing a game.

Made an order for store front car delivery. Guy comes out with 2 small boxes and husband asks where’s the rest of it and guy says what else did you order? Husband says you should know what I ordered so he goes back in to figure it out and comes

I ordered my pizza at 6.. I’m not usually one to complain but when I called at 730 to see when it would be ready I got another 40 minutes. I could hear people laughing and goofing off in the back ground.. it’s should not take 2 hours to get a pizza. I normally order from dominos but I don’t think I will moving forward.

It’s Dominos, so I’m not expecting gourmet, but the pizza is consistently good and are orders are usually pretty quick. Never had a problem with an incorrect order besides having our dipping sauces forgotten occasionally.
