this is the third time an order was placed and almost 45 minutes later wondering where the food was, I decided to check the tracker and all it said was Ethan started preparing your order, but that was 7:15 and by then it was about 5 minutes till 8..i called and asked if they knew why it’s taking so long..I am pretty patient but I immediately snapped when they told me for the 3rd time (two previous orders a few months ago including this one) that they got a huge rush hence the reason our order was not made yet. I told them if it was going to be late can’t you at least call and let people know your order might take a bit longer? He said unfortunately we can’t call everyone. Im not ok with that. Almost 8pm and honestly I feel they forgot my order once again and needed to come up with an excuse. I get your busy but if i placed an order at 7:15 and no sign of it coming or on its way and I call you to ask and you tell me that suddenly got a huge rush of orders, and it will be another 20-25 minutes…chances are you forgot my order. I only ordered pasta, wings and lava cakes. Why should my order be put aside for all the other orders that came in after mine. Needless to say we ordered at another place but didn’t end up eating until about 8:45 Dominos needs to find a way to update customers if there order is going to overall be an hour or more later after I ordered…Especially tipping pretty good at that before I got my food. I told them to cancel my order and they were able to do that pretty quickly. So disappointed!!!

We tried the new Philly steak tater tots with our pizza. The concept is phenomenal, but the execution was disgusting. Some of the tater tots were extremely mushy and others were so cold. And none of them are crispy.

Waited over an hour on carryout tonight. Got there on time to pick up my order they said sorry it’s gonna be another 30 minutes I said that’s fine. Came back in 30 minutes and was told sorry sir your order was voided somehow and that was it. Sorry we dropped the ball on your dinner sir have a good night. Didn’t even give me the option to reorder. What the hell is wrong with people these day. I eat here Dominos at least once a week so just turn away a loyal customer. That seems like it’s not smart business. So apparently losing my business is fine for this establishment.

This Domino’s location is pretty small, but honestly puts out the same great tasting pizza as always. I don’t know why, but it always seems like you have to ask for the simple things, like napkins, at this one for some reason. Can’t really stay and eat at this one, but a great place to pick up pizza.
