This domino’s is the worst i have ever been to. Childish and rude staff which would not be so bad if they were at least reasonably quick But no you will find yourself waiting for a pizza that is already made for 45 minutes. Low quality product and low quality customer service.

The tracker showed that our order was delivered 15 min before it actually was. The food was Lukewarm at best, bread on our sandwiches was half rubbery and half crunchy and dried out. Wings were totally cold. I understand that 1 driver can deliver multiple orders but I live 3 min away….. still unacceptable to receive cold food…. should have just made a pbj myself and called it a night.

I’m never the type of person to complain, we usually take the touch and go good food with a grain a salt… through my food being forgotten in someone’s car and showing up cold.. to them completely forgetting something I had ordered.. but this instance really left me contemplating even going back. I called to let them know of the oopsie, just wanting my money back and the gentleman on the phone asked me if I was sure there was cheese on the sandwich because he “even made sure to cut it with a different knife that touched the ones they make with cheese”. He told me that he could only give me a sandwich credit or for me drive down to the store and grab it myself since they don’t have drivers leaving at 9 when I know they go until 1030. Even though it was their mistake. I think what my fiancé and I concluded is to only order when the manager is there, you can tell there’s care in the food then. Can you see the cheese?

Normally I’d give a five star review because they are down the road from me and I’ve ordered from them for months after moving to Parachute, but tonight an employee by the name of Jamie told us on the phone without any care in the world that there was no icing ever given with lava cakes order and made us feel like we were insane for thinking that it ever did… Mind you I will repeat that I moved here a few months ago and I’ve ordered from Domino’s quite a bit and have always always always gotten the lava cakes with icing in fact when you order on the app it provided you the option. Tonight was different and it didn’t give the option to add icing to the lava cakes… Hence why we called in. But now that the employee there is adamant that this was never the case and we are living in some fairy land and ordering from apparently a dominoes that doesn’t exist or something, she was adamant that there was never any icing given with the lava cakes and because of that I will not order from them any further. She didn’t even try to correct the order or even say that this is a new thing but laughed in our faces that there was no icing with the lava cakes. Maybe this new employee should get some education on what has actually happened at that location, because the offensive attitude was not appreciated. We won’t be ordering again.

This location is small, but man was it busy. The guys working in the back were working very hard, and were very good at checking back with me, and apologized that it took so long. With experience working in the fast food industry I know how stressful the job can be. They handled it well, and went above and beyond to make sure their customers were taken care of. Thanks guys.

The pizza’s are delicious at this Domino’s. There is a good amount of toppings and the pizza looks yummy. You can tell that the people who work here care about the food they are making and they are incredibly nice as well. This Domino’s is so much better than the one in Rifle try it and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
