Called to express my concern and within 15minutes I had a new pizza delivered with no charge for the trouble and could not be happier with the quick response and service! Got 3 different pizzas and all of them were over cooked, burnt and the crusts were as hard as a rock. Spent just about $60 and the only good part out of my order were the parm bites. Be careful ordering from here and physically check your items before you leave the store with them to make sure they didnt screw up your order. Very disappointing, my 6 kids couldn’t eat half the slice of pizza because it was too hard to even bite into.

If this is the one by Walmart in Durango the new one I’m highly disappointed and want the highest person to get in contact with me I’m unsure why your employees yesterday a male answered the phone I asked for an employee there I was on hold for 15 mins I then hung up called back for my significant other and a female answered after the male questioned reasoning for calling which was an emergency a female proceeded to get on the phone laugh I’m not quit sure what this was about but made me feel low not respected and all around ugly customer service the phone call wasn’t for them and I’m not sure why they didn’t give it to who it was for. I know I’ll never step foot back in there if this issue isn’t fixed I’m really hurt and upset I was even treated like that and the managers allow this kind behavior?
