Im so thankful for fin and the team remade my pizzas after falling on my face the way out. My pizza was all over the ground I picked it up and asked them if they could just throw it away but, Fin was nice enough and told me the team can make another one. Worst experience ever driver placed order on the trashcan outside instead of by the door. There were ants all over the pizza too. I Asked for a refund because I will never purchase again from you and was declined and was told they could only do store credit. The female driver should be fired for unsafe food handling. You don’t even deserve the one star.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and did not want to rectify the situation. The situation had nothing to do with her or her staff so you would think she would be more accommodating and willing to help with the issue.

I placed and order to be picked up at 6:15 pm received a notification from the tracker saying it was done at 6:08 pm. My husband goes to pick it up and it isn’t ready nor is it even made. We were told the system messed up and they’ll make a new order which is fine. I assumed our order would be priority since it was 30 mins past the pick up time but now it’s been an hour and it’s still not even ready.

Just picked up pizzas from here tonight. Normally it’s really good, especially the pizza I usually order which is a thin crust pizza w/o cheese, pepperoni, olives and bacon. I ordered the same tonight but asked for extra sauce. There wasn’t extra sauce and it was overcooked. To be honest it sucked this time. Hopefully it’s better next time or we’re going to order pizza somewhere else.

They stop the guarantee two minute time long before they even have your pizza in their hand and are headed to your car. Seems like false advertising. The one in Rockrimmon actually waits til they’re headed your way. Sometimes in Rockrimmon you end up with free pizza.
