If you’re going to get Domino’s you have to get the handmade pan deep dish black box pizza. The quality is amazing I used to not like Domino’s until I tried their deep dish and it’s fantastic. With that said I would highly recommend barbecue base premium chicken, pineapple and bacon. It’s like a party in your mouth:)

Watched the driver go a mile past my pin on the gps tracker. Then mark it delivered. The store phone rings once then hangs up. Corporate phone is a maze of automated responses that ends in them hanging up. Sent an online email. Haven’t heard a response in days. They collected their money without delivering services, and left me starving during a 15 hour shift where I couldn’t leave the site. Do NOT recommend.

I had to drive out to this Dominos that is about 30 min from our home since my daughter had a Dr appointment in the area… after a long day and struggling with a sick child they first of all delay the order which was a pick up… then I get and ask a simple question “is my order ready?” Cashier answers with an attitude “well we are backed up sooooo…” nothing after that ans walks away… I wait and receive my order 10 minutes later to come home and find out the order is incorrect… I had 2 large pizzas one with pep and bacon and second pep and jalapeños… I got a medium with onions white sauce and mushrooms… and a large pepperoni and jalapeños… just awful experience… also I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before the cashier came up to acknowledge me.

Since you have a commercial out about soggy fries, how about adding burning the cheese smothering your Tater Tots! Pretty nasty if you ask me. Like I received 2 orders Tuesday evening !I couldn’t believe how burned the cheese was!!Just made the Tater Tots taste bad!

Trying to cut cost? Friday night, dry, bland pizza. Little cheese,little sauce, even less toppings. Also the garlic dipping sauce was at 1/2 mass upon opening.

Every time we order, especially online, the time is never accurate at this location. Even when it asks me to complete their personal survey, it won’t let me because it says my order is still being cooked and I actually have my order in the backseat of my car driving home. When I wait in the store and look at the time until ready I can actually watch it go from 8 minutes to 16 minutes in a second, with no reason or explanation. It’s very frustrating when you are trying to just quickly pick up your order, which is why I get pizza, quick and easy, and you have to wait varying times. Perhaps the managers and staff are going through transitioning, as are a lot of places after the COVID-19 pandemic. I will certainly give it another try because the food is excellent!

I am so confused…..I always place my order well in advance and I always tip between 30-50%…..and yet I get provided with poor service. For the past 5 weeks domino’s won’t even slice my pizza all I get is a circle with melted cheese. The new delivery driver is rude and acts like they are running their own show I should show the manager the videos I have of the delivery. Why do I tip? Isn’t it because I’m rewarding hard work? Or I’m I tipping only cause you showed up to work? I’m a good customer, why am I being provided bad service?

We ordered online ahead of time and requested a specific pick up time a few hours later. By the look and texture of the pizza it’d been sitting under the heat lamps for a very long time. Pizza was kind of stale and rubbery.

The guy asked me if I was there for a pick up. Yep. He let me stand there while he continued to fill orders for delivery. Wait on your customers inside the store who are waiting and can actually see their pizza just sitting there. The people in the store should be your first priority.

Just recently we’ve had a delivery that was missing a pizza. The rest of our order arrived a good 20 minutes later. Cold. All that was said to make it right was “sorry”.
