$9.49 for 8 boneless wings. Granted, I knew how many were there when I ordered, but they were so much smaller than I anticipated and I didn’t realize until I picked up the box when I got home. We also didn’t receive the dipping sauce it said it came with. No biggie, we have sauces at home, just pointing that out while I’m writing this.

Good customer service deserves recognition! I ordered a fairly large order from here tonight for carry out. I went to pick it up and When I got home I realized we were missing 2 orders of our wings. I called the store to let them know they were missing. They were so apologetic and said they were actually about to leave to deliver them to our house. They arrived within 10 minutes AND they gave us a coupon for a free medium pizza! I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all, even with a missing part of our order. Great job! I will definitely go back

Had amazing service from the two boys manning the kitchen!! Both Trent and Devin were so incredibly kind and even put in the effort into finding our receipt for us (super awesome right?!?!?) and both my partner and I found that to be a kind gesture. When the food was delivered they didnt ring the door bell so the food was cold, called the restaurant and the man that answered was not even a little concerned about what was going on and seemed confused and wasnot helpful at all…. I ordered pizza last night and there was a little bit of a mix up. The man I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and was going through options to get me the best deal (I was ordering a specialty pizza and pan which are more expensive). It accidentally got put on carry out instead of delivery. After 1 1/2 hours, the mixup was caught and the young man on the phone apologized and new pizzas were made I went and got them. The manager was extremely nice and apologetic and the man that took my order came and spoke with me and apologized as well. They ended up giving me the pizzas for free, which I appreciate very much so… but this post isnt meant to focus on what they did wrong or free pizza. It was meant for recognizing the man that took my order and how helpful he was (great customer service and went above and beyond!) and how sincere his feelings were about the mix up- it’s also about the manager that genuinely cares about making things right (wonderful customer service) and was very polite! I used to work in the service industry and I totally understand that things happen and it was a honest mistake! I just wanted to recognize these two men who went above and beyond . You guys made my son’s day for yummy hot cheese pizza, perfect for ending the best first day of school . These two men deserve to be recognized- they are humble, care about their customers, care in general, offer amazing customer service and are an asset to any company!
