As a avid fan of Dominos im sad to say that I’m highly disappointed with tonight’s oder and delivery service. After waiting a hour and a half for two medium pizza’s and a cinnamon twist, the pizza was cold and dry and with twists were ROCK HARD. Disappointed is simply an understatement to say the least. My husband and I have been loyal customers to this store for many years and the steady decline in quality is unacceptable.

Pizza is always quickly delivered, delivery folks are always courteous and friendly. NOT a fan of the new call center/ phone automated service to place an order. This evening, we called the store’s local phone number, got transfered to a call center to place my order with a person that had a very thick accent I couldn’t understand. Then, the person transfers me to a computerized phone tree that I had to enter my own CC info, then be transferred back to the person to finish my order. What happened to Domino’s? Everything is so unpersonable now. Because of this we will not be ordering from Domino’s again, and instead ordering from businesses that value local employees, local communities.

There were barely any toppings on my deluxe pizza and the crust that wasn’t covered in their garlic sauce tasted like cardboard more than normal… I requested contactless delivery through their website and the delivery driver still stood there waiting at the door for me to answer. I expect a lot more for $33 after coupon, delivery fee, and tip for ONE large pizza.

I ordered a pizza from the Longmont Domino’s, and when I picked it up it was burnt black around the entire crust. Some spots were burnt right through, and the pepperoni was grey and burned in some areas. I brought it to the attention of the person at the register and asked that the pizza be remade. He looked at the pizza, picked it up with his fingers and looked underneath, and told me that it was fine. He then told me that it burned because of my ordering light marinara sauce. I should have asked for my money back, but took the pizza anyway thinking I could salvage some of it. Once home, the only pieces that were edible were the four interior pieces – none of the exterior pieces with the crust were edible. Having had this same pizza from other Domino’s locations, I have never had this issue, and I have never had an employee try to blame their mistake on me. I have sent this same complaint to their customer service department. Not ordering from them again!

I order from here regularly. Thomas Is a great manager, Jeffery is a great delivery driver. The pizzas are always made better than expectation, and delivery is fast. They have great customer service. I keep coming back. They work hard at this busy location. I have large amounts of respect for what they do for me, Thanks guys.

Placed a order. App says food came out if oven at 733pm 8pm rolls around no food. Call store. Employee was very rude. Talking over me when I was trying to explain the situation. Then abruptly says mid conversation you can talk to my manager. Manager comes on and has a attitude. Says “so whats the problem sir, u just didn’t get the food yet?” Paying $60. One would expect the food to be served hot. Not cooked an hr before delivery and set under a lamp for over 30 minutes. Manager says “the apps off on times “

I’ve been getting takeout here for over a year now and I can’t praise these guys enough. Quality can range from location to location but this one is consistently solid. I’ve also never had staff be so hardworking and friendly.

Last 20 pizzas always hit or miss tonight they forgot my mushrooms and barely even any onion see pic. Only posting review cuz annoyed. 4.99 delivery fee plus I like to leave 4-5$ tip not worth it to get wrong pizza!!

They won’t let me use their credit card machine to pay. They entered all the information of my bank card on the computer. Then they told me that I couldn’t complete the payment. I tried two cards and encountered the same problem. I immediately drove to Domino’s pizza in the south.The payment was successfully completed.If my bank card is stolen. I must tell the police what happened here tonight.

I don’t order from here often, but when I do, it is consistently delicious & perfect every time. And quick! I only order the pan pizza from Domino’s, it’s the best!! The crust is light, crispy, buttery, airy & super flavorful … it’s just consistently incredible when I’m craving a quick, cheap & satisfying meal – love all of the coupons & deals that run as well. Staff is also super nice and attentive at this location … Nothing bad to say about this store!!
