The food is always great! I order from here constantly. Jeffrey though, is the best delivery driver ever!! My address can be hard to find which is why I rarely order food from other places, but Jeffrey always goes out of his way to bring our pizza to us himself because he already knows exactly where we are! It really means the world to me, especially tonight! My kiddo was hungry and this working mom needed a quick solution! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed Jeffrey! Thank you!!

For a Tuesday night this was awful. The pasta primavera was burnt, missing tomatoes, and there was literally 30 pasta noodles in it. The pictures seem like we are some but no, this is how it came. You can tell the buffalo chicken was also burnt. I get it, each of these is 6.99 on the special but doesn’t mean it still shouldn’t be held up to the standard or regular priced menu items. I gave it 2 stars because the pizza was ok, not burnt but barely any sauce. Order from another dominos in the Area if you really want dominos.

Ordered a pizza online. According to the online tracker, it was in “quality inspection” for 30 minutes. I called them and they said it was out for delivery. After 50 minutes go by, I called again and they said the order was dropped off 45 minutes ago. I check outside and it’s sitting on the floor. The delivery driver never knocked, nor did they update the tracker. This Dominoes location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Do not order from here.

Order took a long time for delivery and the pizza was cold. Tracker showed it was being checked at 4:01 pm but it wasn’t delivered until 4:40 pm. I won’t order from here again. This is not the first time. We tried them again because they are close to where we live. Don’t order from here for delivery.

I always have a good experience with food quality here. I’m posting today because I want to give a shout out to Jonathon (sp?) who is working 2/22/23. I had put in a delivery oder and he promptly called me to tell me he’s the only one working today with only one driver and the driver was backed up 7 orders on the other side of town. He wanted to see if I wanted to cancel, do a timed order for later, or switch to pickup. I switched to pickup. He refunded the delivery fee promptly and had my food hot and ready for me to pick up even though I know he was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed. He was extremely pleasant. I’m giving 4 stars because I think it’s probably not great to have only one person working and one delivery driver on a snowy day when lots of people are likely ordering pizzas. I don’t know if people called out or what happened. But I just really want to highlight Jonathon and thank him for his hard work and kindness and I hope the managers/owners see this and give him the kudos he deserves.

The food was what you except. The horrible thing was watching the abusive disgusting way the manager was training a young kid. The poor kid looked visibly shaken. You don’t train new employees in an abusive mean way. I can just imagine the way that douche bag acts when people aren’t around. I know it’s hard to find good help but seriously Dominos, that is NOT ok!

We ordered at 5:38pm and were told on the app it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. I called after 50 minutes and was told driver is on their way. It then took another 20 minutes after that to receive the now cold pizzas and one was made incorrectly. Called the restaurant and whoever picked up was very monotone and dismissive to my concerns and just said “so do you want your money back”. Unacceptable to take that long and extremely unacceptable responses from staff.

Terrible pizza. Very little marinara and ordered hand toss and the pizza was thin crust. Think they are cutting corners. Not good at all.
