I don’t expect too much when ordering from Domino’s but this was terrible. I couldn’t even eat my pizza and had to throw it away. There was no cheese, the toppings were only on 1 side of the pizza and the dough was undercooked and made very poorly. It was so undercooked that the slices completely fell apart when trying to pick them up and you could see the raw dough in the center.

Just wow… not hyperbole, today I had the worst experience at a restaurant in my 53 years. First, both of our pizzas were made incorrectly. Then, when I went in to get them corrected, the manager lied to my face telling me he made what I ordered. After that he tells me I could place a new order and pay for it. Excuse me? It was a battle to get my refund even after telling him he could keep the pizza. I was told he couldn’t refund. Yes, you can sir. And by the way, the store is filthy. Don’t order from here. Who knows what you might catch.

We order from here a lot. This is is the first time we have had a really bad experience. We ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were burned. All of them most of the toppings were dropped in one spot on the pizza. There was very little sauce on all of the pizzas. The website offered 49% off all pizzas for curbside delivery between 4 and 9 PM and the website didn’t honor it. We weren’t going to say anything but due to the pizzas being made poorly we wanted to call the store. My husband called and this bad experience continued. The woman offered a credit for the pizzas but told us their franchise doesn’t support the 49% off deal. The woman who answered refused to give her name, refused to provide the managers name or when we could contact them. My husband asked to speak with a shift lead and at first she refused to let us or even give their name. Eventually we talked with Lisa, shift lead, who said it is protocol to not provide that information. We advised that most businesses will provide a managers first name and the time to reach them. She refused and offered to make our order again. We decided against this as we felt the crew working tonight were acting sketchy. She finally stated the manager would be in tomorrow, and when asked for a time, she stated ‘we open at 9.’ We asked again for a name and got Jeremy. I recorded some of this conversation because I just couldn’t believe the poor customer service. We have spent a lot here guess we’ll find a new pizza place.

Listen.. it’s Domino’s and we all know Domino’s, but when you have a craving for pizza at midnight on the way home from a laser show and there’s no other place to get it, this hits the spot! The pizza was fresh and hot right out of the oven by the time I got there. Absolutely perfect for my craving!

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered a Gluten-Free pizza and waited 40-minutes for delivery, once it was finally delivered it was ALL burnt! I called for a refund because it’s not edible and was told I could call back tomorrow to ask for a new pizza, Jason the “manager” that’s the best he could do, because as a manager he has other things he is responsible for taking care of. When we asked of he checked the pizza prior to delivery he said, his staff was “busy” and I could call back tomorrow! HORRIBLE customer service, ownership for the problem and now I STILL need to figure out dinner at 8pm and call back for a refund or new pizza at best!said

When they delivered my order they forgot the tots. Driver when backed to get them and called to say they were out of tots.Really???? So I say ok then bring a philly cheese sandwich. He said it was going to be 45 minutes (they are 10 minutes from the house). After an hour and a half still no sandwich. As I write this it has been 2 and a half hours and still no sandwich. Great customer service huh????

I strongly suggesting staying away from this place, can’t go in there with cash. they don’t even have $20 dollars in there till, when you’re spending $60. They can’t give you $20 back even if you’re trying to give them a 20 dollar tip. An the pizza is way better a black jack away with the Benjamin’s I guess
