Care to explain how a large piece of wood ended up on my thin crust pizza? You guys are lucky a child wasn’t eating this slice. They could have easily choked and died. This is a horrific lack of food safety practices. In process of dealing with corporate on this matter. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location is great, very well kept from what I can tell and customer service is overall satisfactory. My only complaint is no matter what pizza we order it always seems the hot Buffalo sauce is missed in the quality check. My husband and I order a Memphis BBQ with hot sauce and it’s never on the pizza when we get it. We’ve gotten used to it now but we mention it every single time and it’s still our favorite forgotten topping.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. I ordered on 8/16 about 7pm I waited about an hour and was notified my order was delivered but I hadn’t received my order so I called, was told the driver was headed out the door and would be here in 3. 15-20 minutes pass no pizza still, so I call again. I was beyond frustrated at this point and honestly wasn’t very friendly but the staff was confused about my address and my name like they were all high. Then explains they couldn’t find my house and called me multiple times, no phone calls were made… I asked for a refund and was told management wasn’t there to do that so it wasn’t possible. I hung up and opened a case on this because lack of professionalism and urgency as well as problem solving skills was non existent. The phone was handed around to multiple people when I called, this is just horrible customer service.

Horrible Pizzas. Paid $23 for their specialty Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it is so plain. Not cooked properly and doesn’t have enough chicken. Did they count the chicken pieces when they put it in the pizza. Maybe like 4 small pieces a slice! This is no different than their 6.99 pizza. Actually that one tasted better. This pizza would cost $4 max to make at home. When I was doing the car side delivery, I said I’m here and about a minute later it told me the pickup was complete. No one came to my car and when I went inside they acted like I was in the wrong. If I was feeling well, I would have came inside the store. There was a reason I selected that option. Please just do your job properly. I bought 2 of these pizzas and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. $52 total. Waste of money and time!

On 7/31/23 I ordered food online for delivery. I have 2 issues: The thin crust pizza was overcooked and the delivery driver, James, wasn’t dealing well working in the rain. He loudly knocked on my screen door twice and rang my doorbell twice before I could get to the door. When I heard the first knock & ring I began walking and didn’t lollygag. When I opened the door, I said that just because I didn’t get there really quick, doesn’t mean I didn’t hear. He told me twice that ‘It’, I take that to mean his impatience, is because of the rain. Does he not have an outdoor job? I gave only two stars ‘cuz of his blaming his impatience on rain and the overcooked thin pizza.

I ordered off of the app and it was delivered promptly and warm. First time that I actually got plenty of toppings from a pizza. Instinctively took a bite before taking a picture. It has been my best pizza experience. Delivery driver was super nice! Since I ordered off the app, I got free cheesy bread and a coupon for a free pizza. Surprised reviews are not higher.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and garlic bites, and asked for the driver to knock and leave it at my door. Unfortunately I accidentally fell asleep before the driver delivered the pizza, and didn’t wake up for 20 minutes after it was delivered. When I checked outside my door, it was gone. I called and asked if it had been delivered, and they said it had and that they knocked. I explained that I fell asleep and someone may have stolen it. Without question, they sent me my order again free of charge. They did not need to do that or believe me, but they did, and I got my food. Truly exceptional. I forgot to re-tip the next driver and feel bad about that, so I’ll be leaving a nice big tip next time I order. Thank you!!!
