I did used to love ordering from dominos till the outsourced their delivery contact to a call center. Then they also have set limitations on delivery amount before the will deliver at $19.97 total to make any delivery. If I order a single pizza it doesn’t come to that so I have to add to it, so I have to add to it. It’s a bait switch tactic to get you to order more. Then they want to charge $6 for a delivery charge but won’t deliver unless you order enough. If I pay a delivery charge it shouldn’t matter if my order is below their set limit.

Absolutely ridiculous! Not only did they send wings without sauce. But when I called to request they fix the issue, the employee said they’d send me sauce and then hung up on me and when I called back and spoke with manager REBECCA, she said they’d be sending the wings and ignored the complaint about her employee. I’ll never order from here agaib.

Driver sat at the home depot by my house for 20 minutes. Came to my door gave me an attitude. The pizzas were cold and burnt. See pics, there was Buffalo sauce spilled all over the cinnamon sticks. I didn’t order anything with Buffalo. Driver sits outside my house bumping his stereo. The store wouldn’t give my money back(I paid cash).

Honestly the best customer service in person I have ever received. I wish I could remember the young man who helped me out the other night because be really made it a great experience as another co-worker was sitting on the counter in the back ignoring the people as they walked in. I was initially not going to leave a tip but because the young man who ended up greeting and helping me made the experience worth while. Also the pizza was super yummy too.

Just ordered a meat lovers…$14.99. $5.99 for delivery…asked the driver how much of that $6 does he get…0.40 a mile. Im 2 mikes away so he got 0.80. If i order for pick up i save myself $6…but I want delivery. So why does Dominios charge me an extra $6 for delivery ans then expects me ti tip the driver? What happened to free delivery 39 minutes or leas? The lizza itself was so so…average at beat.

Ordered carry out. They messed up my order. After getting home I called to correct the order and they demanded I have to come back waste MY gas for them to correct the issue without any compensation. After I asked for delivery to correct it they said absolutely not will they waste their gas. REBECCA who was EXTREMELY IMMATURE and wasn’t of any help who claimed to be the store manager told me that because I used my rewards I had no right to complain and be upset the pizza order was incorrect. Then HUNG UP on me. When I called back to the store she then made FALSE allegations that I was cursing at her and said the line was recorded. I told her yes ma’am please play they recording back and you will see I have never spoke one curse word to you. And she then said well then DO NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE we will no longer serve you and hung the phone up again. I am appalled at the customer service, and to not have it simply corrected is unacceptable. Or even offer a small compensation for my troubles. Rebecca’s solution was to inconvenience the customer waste the customers gas and tell the customer she had no right to be upset.

Have never complained about dominos before, but it was terrible last night! Philly steak was burnt, pizza very dry. Pepperoni extravaganza was dry and not much pepperoni. I guess we need to check the pizza before leaving, terrible.
