Unable to Fulfill a Combo Order. Manager was already being rude to his trainee yelling at him in front of multiple customers but then proceeded to raise his voice at me the customer exclaiming I didn’t order a soda. He then realized I did have a 2 liter soda in my order as he read receipt but told me to leave his store & take it up with Dominos corporate. He then told me he will never be able to issue a credit but said come back & he’ll give me the soda owed. No written credit though, just a “come back” And then he yelled “The Customer isn’t always right!” As I left. Then I got home to realize that the pizza was undercooked, unsliced & missing the Pepperonis. Awful Customer Service & Even Worse Product.

Always check your boxes at the store. Ordered a plain pepperoni pizza, when I got home, I got a Hawaiian pizza. Ordered cheese bread, came out undone (see picture). Was nice and and even gave a tip and this it the result. First and last time with this location.

Came in to get my order redone because the tator tots, were under dressed. As dude in back was remaking it, made the comment along the lines that I was crying about it. When it looks horrible and nothing like the photo on the app. Yes I’m complaining about a $7 thing of tator tots, but I really looked forward to it as I’m 4 months pregnant. Friends agreed it looks horrible and they did a poor job. Like if you’re going to complain about remaking something you messed up on and making remarks about the people, do it where they can’t hear you. Highly recommend any other location.

Ordered a pizza 3 hours ago, was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. Called an hour in and asked for the status and they said it would be out for delivery in 15 min. Still not here. Just one pizza, not a huge order. Asked the dominos call center to cancel the order and issue a refund, they said no. Don’t order here. Papa johns from now on I guess.

Don’t work here as a driver. The managers don’t want you because they have to work harder for more orders. And they will delete deliveries you already delivered and assign it to their own manifest.

First I asked for no onions and got onions, the chicken was overcooked and the cookie/brownie was raw smashed and looked half eaten! I filled out a issue with order form online to try and get a refund or any compensation and they only offered 20% off a regular price item. that’s already a basic coupon they offer for free. Very disappointed with the food and service

Two hours later and still on quality control. No customer service. Called to cancel and after getting hung up on twice, they tried to dispute our ordering time despite it being saved on the app. I do not recommend this dominoes to anyone. Tried to give them a second chance too after a previous order was delivered cold and stale tasting after an hour in quality control
