Repeated order 5+ times to the gal who couldn’t seem to get it right. Verified before hanging up. Delivery came and of course the order was wrong. Not just the food but no napkins, paper plates or peppers like requested over 5x. $50 for a large and small pizza?? Yikes

We love Domino’s, after our family got food poison from another huge pizza chain years ago, we vowed to go to Domino’s only f o r e v e r. We have used this location, without issue for 2 years, until the last 6 weeks. We use to get pizza in 24 minutes from order, to delivery! Now we have over 2 hour delivery times, burnt pizza and 2 1/2 delivery times- yikes.We always order on the app, but it wont give you a delivery time, Pro tip: it will email you the delivery time though (check your email). Last night 2.5 hrs for delivery, and my thin crust was basically toast.

They replaced a pizza that was dropped for us, and unbeknownst to me, it wasn’t even the store i ordered it from, but they replaced it anyways, with a smile and great friendly attitude. Also, did I mention the cool chalkboard and steps up to watch the art of puzza making, so the kiddos can have fun to.. 🙂

I’ll give 2 stars because usually they get it right. This time I ordered a half bacon and pineapple and half onion and tomato pizza and well, got home and had no pineapple and 2 pieces of cheese mixed in there. See the picture for yourself. There was 14 people working so its not a lack of workers. I may or may not give them another try.
