We ordered a pizza on Saturday June 18th. After waiting over an hour for our pizza to arrive I called to speak to the store only to be told that our pizza was delivered 15 minutes ago. The problem is is the pizza was never delivered to our home. Chad the store manager just wanted to argue saying that it was delivered which it may have been just not to the right home. Rather than make it right he wanted to argue and fight over it. After much bantering he agreed to make us another pizza and pick it up. Not impressed domino’s. The first and the last time I ever order.

I ordered a medium pan made pizza. The first one came complementary messy and undercooked looked very unappetizing. I couldn’t even pick up a piece to serve because it was falling apart. I called and asked if they could possibly make a second one and if it’s easier a thin crust so it would cook through. They were kind, and brought another pizza however it was still completely undercooked and burned on the sides at the same time.

Completely messed up my order. I ordered a medium pizza and wings as well as numerous sauces in the side. First of all I ordered 3 different sauces and I received none of them. Second of all the pizza I ordered is of poor quality and the toppings aren’t even what so ever (as per my pictures). Third, I ordered mango habanero wings and I got plain dry wings with nothing on them. And lastly, when my food was delivered no one knocked on the door so I didn’t even know my food was delivered and I even signed up the text notifications to tell me when my food was delivered!!

The prices are fairly high for just 2 pizzas, 1 side, 3 drinks and delivery + tip totaled almost $80 total. The delivery driver was pleasant though.

UPDATED POST 4/7/23: Stopped by this location this morning after my horrible experience last night. Spoke to Chad who is the manager. Learned far more to the insights of this store and how it operates. I hope after our conversation, the things that were stated, i.e. – additional training to the drivers, additional training to Sebastian, training on better customer service and how to speak to customers actually occurs. There is certainly a trend at this store and is indicated from past customer posts and experiences.

We’ve ordered from this location many times and have always been pleased with our pizza. On the one occasion we had an issue with our order, the management was quick to correct the situation and we were happy with the outcome. Last night I placed an online order and failed to notice I had selected 12am instead of noon (when I actually wanted the pizza delivered for my child’s birthday party). I received a call at 11:30pm asking if I still wanted the five pizzas I ordered delivered at midnight. I quickly realized my error and the employee was able to cancel the order and change it to the correct time. I was so grateful for the phone call and the chance to fix my mistake! Hooray for competent, responsible, thorough employees!

Check that your pizza is accurate while the driver is still there or before you leave the store. Usually toppings are plentiful, love the Brooklyn crust, and the hint of smokiness in the wings is great. Not a fan of the sausage though (has a bologna taste), and even though I order without, they sometimes still put it on. Recent order also lacked extra cheese and was burnt. Like other places, it can be hit or miss depending on who’s working.

We ordered our food for the future in the app, unfortunately I did not carefully review my order before checking out and inadvertently ordered my food for the next day( which apparently is a default setting) I called the store and Henry took the call he very politely assisted me in getting our order placed for tonight. Jadyn delivered our food and was polite, respectful and honest. Really pleased with our experience as we had stopped ordering pizza from a different pizza place due to their very poor customer service and lack of concern in making things right or answering a simple question. Well done Dominos!!

I called my order in YET, when I arrived not only were my pizzas NOT READY, I waited almost 30 minutes! The staff was rude, whispering to each other. Paid over $30 on my card when I walked in, at the 20 minute point I asked for a discount then a total refund so I could leave, they refused!
