Rude staff, horrible customer service. They need to hire more employees or shut this place down. After waiting an hour my tracker still showed order being prepped, when I called to ask, exact words “calling to see if you received my order because it’s said prepping for an hour” the worker told me yes we have it, we’re working on it, then made up a lame story about me being rude and canceled my order. Last month I waited 1 hour and 45 min to receive a cold burnt pizza. Used to have no issues with this store but over the past 6 months it’s turned to trash.

Rude and incompetent! Couldn’t get a simple order right and also delivered to the wrong address. Guy that takes orders over the phone, the ineptitude is beyond belief. It would be comical if I wasn’t so hungry waiting for my pizza for almost two hours.

So we ordered 2 pizzas and the Alfredo pasta and the pizzas were great! The pasta wasn’t too great but we called and without any problems the manager was so nice and apologetic she sent us another. The driver was so nice and apologized too. Very very good service and food. Thank you.
