EVERY single time we order from there I get a call saying it will be an hour and a half to 2 hours before they can deliver & do I want to cancel my order. My order is then put on the very last delivery of the night. It is ridiculous

Horrible. I ordered a meal for my office staff at 1055am. The APP picked the location based on my location and placed my order with this store. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery and speaking to the driver on the phone to verify my address, I get a call from the store that they won’t be delivering my food. So now my office has no lunch and we have to redo our lunch break because even though they made my food, AND confirmed my address, they won’t be delivering it to us. Good job Domino’s. You just lost an office full of customers.

I have ordered from Domino’s pizza on the 250 and their system is down so a couldn’t order on the website called them if they pretend their phones are not working and it’s been going on months so can you all please take care of it or otherwise you just want this business to go down because it’s been going on for a while and I’ve ordered from this Domino’s and then I call and they say we don’t deliver to that area and I’ve been ordering for the last past 15 years from Domino’s and from this main office for the last past 4 years

This is just happened. I was planning to order to carry out. Calling from Odessa ( as far as music hall mall). Someone put me in hold, I drove all the way to the store and they were just talking to each other and I was still on hold at this point .
