I have lived in a house in the Givens Park neighborhood for 6 years and until the last three months, never have I been able to order dominos! There must be new management, or I must be receiving orders from a different store now because suddenly I order pizza and it arrives. I’m so glad I can get dominos again. I used to order pizza and the wait would be 2-3 hours, and other nightmares that left me without food. I forgot and randomly tried to order last month and pizza arrived! Thankful for a new store or being zoned to a different store. If your in Givens Park neighborhood, you can order dominos finally!

The store was a mess . Crew without hats . Some with aprons some without . The oven tender dropped a sandwich on the ground and picked it up with his hands and started to cut my pizza and I requested that he not and the man with the backwards hat told me that the guy was fine . Can of tomatoes open just sitting there . No dates or labels on open food . The general manager was very rude . I requested the district managers number and messaged him several times with no response . And when I emailed the franchise they never responded .

Now i don’t normally have issues with any other pizza places when the delivery guy says that an apartment number was not given on the order . I will always give them the first time that’s said a free pass. Now when after being at my address for going almost a full year and have ordered a lot of times that other drivers manage to get my order to me and the Apt number is on my customer account in the database your store has me setup from the start. Now why does my Apt number magically disappear once and a blue moon and the number to call even if they can’t find me doesn’t get a call or even in the age of social distancing a text would be helpful to but it wasn’t and i call the store only after the tracker says hope u enjoy ur food. Nomnomnom. Now i feel like Im being patronized. When calling my dominos store that made my order the young man only was matter of factly happy to say well i was there and it didn’t show a Apt number. I hung up i won’t fight or argue.

This Domino’s.. for some reason… Has perfectly prepared and cooked pizza. It does a bit to do with my ordering skills; but not as much as I’d like to say. The dough was bubble-less and the ingredients were equally distributed. It was cooked to perfection and the flavors were amazing. Seriously, this actually rivaled locals like Home Slice and Salvation in it’s quality and execution. I’m pretty stunned. This exceptional experience however, does not extend to the company as a whole. Just this location and these dudes.

Placed an order for my nieces who do not live with me only to find out 30 mins after it was placed that they WOULD NOT deliver to the address provided citing “security issues”. You should not offer delivery period if this is how you find out about things like this. I’d like to see the documented evidence allowing you to choose to not serve th area.
