My go to for dinner when I need a break I have to have the wings and pasta on the side. The Pasta Primavera was very good pizza always hot and fresh. I wish I could no stars. I am tired of being in Williamson County and this is the dominoes I have to get delivery from. I am tired of placing a order and it almost takes 1.5 hrs to get my food and then it’s already cold. Also they need to have a designated phones person cause when I call for a order check up most of the time no one is picking up. Please get more staff or more delivery drivers. I am tired of getting cold food from this place. Will not be ordering here anymore.

Eric, the manager, was just awful. We ordered a $50+ order that was for curbside delivery. He delivered to the wrong person as my daughter waited in the car, with emergency lights flashing, as they request. The answer I got from Eric was that someone else had the same car, so they just handed it over. They did not ask names or for ID. When the mistake came to light, there was no apology, no asking what he could do to help out. Instead, he told my daughter to come back in 15 minutes, but she would have to come inside, he didn’t have the time to deliver to her car. Keep in mind, she is 7 months pregnant and had a toddler in the car. So, she had to get the baby out, park the car, wait in line and finally get her order. Eric never offered to take the pizza off the bill as a courtesy. I had to ask if he could throw in an order of garlic rolls. He said, sure, but it would take longer. Nothing was offered in its place. We never got the garlic rolls. Just a real unpleasant experience. However, Bruno, an employee, was SO nice and helpful, and he apologized. So 5 stars for Bruno. Absolutely 0 stars for Eric and hi store.

Recently it happened today, I ordered pizza at 7:10pm, estimated time was 65-75 minutes. At 8:45 I called, they told me to wait another 45 minutes to get it delivered. Terrible experience with Domino’s they should give proper estimates time if they short on people.
