I wish I could give it no stars .. We ordered pizza around 2pm they went to the wrong house , of course no one answered. I called them to check the status they took the same old pizzas back to the wrong address again. This time my neighbor is home , he tells them he hasn’t ordered pizza they tell him to keep them. It’s almost 6pm and we still don’t have our pizzas. This is just ridiculous!!

Horrible experience from the start here. First I tried to order over the phone but could barely understand what was being said as the lady taking my order had a strong accent. Then when it came time to paying, for some reason the system was not taking my card. So then I decided to just order in the store, mistake number 2. I ordered a large pepporini pizza, 2 medium pizza’s, 2 orders of wings, a 2 liter coke, and 4 ranch cups (so I thought). Whats funny is I paid with that same card that wouldnt go through over the phone and it was approved. Then I get all the way home and see I got a large cheese pizza, 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of wings, 20 ounce coke, and 2 ranch cups. I couldn’t even verify the order because they didn’t even give me my receipt. I will never come to this location again.

Yummy! Burned pepperoni pizza with no cheese? We just ordered online and got home to discover this burned pepperoni pizza with absolutely no cheese on it. When we call the store we were told that “since it was an online order, there are no returns, no refunds, no remakes.” Wow, what kinda service is that. Very disappointing. Officially never going back there.

Took an hour n 15 minutes after I got there to get my food and I called in my pick up order 20 minutes before I got there. I only order two large pepperoni pizzas and there wasn’t anybody in the store so no reason for that wait time

When I arrived at the parking lot, it was mostly filled. There was one spot open. However, one of your delivery people parked over the line so it was next to impossible to get in. To make matters worse, they were taking up a handicap spot. I have a picture of it if you want it. Next, I go inside where I am told that you are doing only drive thru service. Fair enough. I drive around, and am told by the guy in the drive thru that your pizzas are not ready. Go park in the parking lot and I will being them to you. What? why didnt the guy taking phone orders just tell me to wait and save me the trouble of going to the drive thru. Next I park again. I can see through the window that my order is top on the list and ready…green check mark. I wait 5 minutes. No one brings it to me. While I am waiting a carhop from Sonic next door walks in and sets a large drink and a sack on the counter. She then stands around and a minute later walks out with 2 pizzas. No money ever changed hands. Were these both credit orders and just happened to be done at the same time? sure looks like a quid pro quo on company time to me. The girl got the better deal from the looks of the sonic order. Anyway, at that point I get out of my car and put my head in through the door. I tell the people there that they may be drive through only, but if Sonic Girl can get her pizzas I can get mine. They then bring them to me. I had ordered 2 garlic sauces. Couldnt count…had to go back and get another one. To top it off, I am supposed to be in the drive through. Everyone in your store has masks around their neck, but no one is actually wearing them around their mouth and nose. (forgot to get pic of that). Is that your policy during these times? When I get home, my thin crust pizza seems over cooked (dark burn around part of the edge) and dry. The crust is thicker than the toppings. It is dry. No cheese to speak of and even less sauce. Due to having to wait so long to get it, it was only luke warm when I got home. thin pizzas lose heat quickly. But there was no sense of urgency on the part of your crew. My daughter said hers was okay. I moved into my house a week ago. Needless to say this has been my first experience with the Manor Dominos and it very likely will be my last.
