Ordered pizza for dinner. After it had not arrived in an hour and a half we called the store and they said it had been delivered. Around the side in the garage even. We never got that pizza. So at 8:45pm on Sunday evening my family is still hungry and we are having to scramble. The person on the phone at Dominoes didn’t seems to care and canceled the order and refunded the money. Don’t support these people they don’t care for your business

The food is standard dominos, it is what it is. Where this location fails miserably is ONLINE order especially after 9 pm the food is not ready with a long wait. Tonight we waited 1/2 hr before going in to the store. Then after arriving in store the board still says 25 min and the food hadn’t even been started. They drastically missed the est pick up in app time and still didn’t start to make the order until 15 min after we were already in store. It sucks when these small town stores could care less and for some reason Zero people know how to refund “app orders”. So… If you have to come here as an only option as myself please expect the subpar small store excuses and excessive wait @ this specific location.

Disappointed with the service and timeliness of the Lockhart location. Pizza was delivered a hour after it left the oven and 30 minutes after our scheduled delivery time. Customer service was not helpful to remedy the situation.
