Long story short I ordered the pasta, sausage, and marinara and it arrived with no pasta. I called the store and they told me that they don’t believe me and that I needed to drive to the store to prove it to them. I told them that wasn’t going to happen as my child was asleep and I wasn’t go to wake him up to prove they made a mistake. I asked for a refund and they said it would be refunded, but it hasn’t been. I’ve ordered from here many times before but moving forward I will be choosing to no longer give them my business.

I think we officially have to switch pizza places. We’ve given an abundance of opportunities to get things correct. All the way from hours late deliveries, to wrong ingredients, to completely missing ingredients, to undercooked food. And as I, like most people, don’t like to waste money, we won’t be ordering from this Domino’s any time in the near future. The bread bites were deflated and undercooked and also, that is not anywhere close to 32. We removed 1 to break apart, but other than that the picture is how the box came.

I know that it was raining.. I understand that a lot of people had a long wait. But THIS is the quality of pizza? It’s burnt and dehydrated, curling up like 2 day old pizza.. like.. even though I waited over an hour and a half for my pizza.. you could have maybe brought me something other than a brick? I order from here often, and the quality is usually awesome. But… really? I had to put it in my own oven to heat it up because it was cold. But yet still burnt. Disappointed dominos… disappointed.

Ordered a pizza for delivery on the app and eta says it’ll be here in 30 mins. Next thing you know it’s an hour later and the driver on the app picked up at 9pm, went to the gas station RIGHT next to my apartment, then went back to the store 10 mins away. I don’t think they know the app shows us their location. On top of that when I called an inquired of how long it had been the guy who answered could care less and said she was literally on her way. But after an hour. And they were 10 minutes down the road. Won’t be ordering from here again

I have ordered at least 5 times from this store, they dint get my order right 3 times. They either miss the toppings, forget to add dips or forget the extra cheese. I go here because they are so close by. They can deliver pizza to your car at the parking lot or you can have it store picked. Staffs are ok, seems to be a very busy store.

I used to like them but they have gone downhill. Takes hours to get your food, over everytime what they say & when you do get it, it’s wrong. I ordered one pizza half pepperoni, other half pepperoni, beef, & sausage…it’s shows up half pepperoni & half sausage. My other pizza I requested banana peppers too & literally got barely any. It’s ridiculous. I keep giving them chances due to pizza insurance but no more. I would NOT recommend this Domino’s in Hutto. They, hands down are horrible.

I walked in there to order pizza service. There is terrible. I pacifically wanted hot wing dipping sauce, and guess what I didn’t get it as usual, so I do not recommend this pizza joint. Find another one.

Chris the general manager, refused to credit the order in its entirety after missing key elements like the actual drink and sauces for the items I purchased, then when asked if he can make it better, he said that he was too busy, to do anything about it after I paid 30.00 dollars for the meal, when asked to speak to someone higher up, he said he didn’t have his district managers information, and that the rarely ever sees his manager, he would not give me the information and told me to go to the website where it was listed, if this is the kinda service dominoes is giving out, why are we paying for sub par…
