UPDATE** I was refunded and met with Joe? who was super nice and made everything right with me.*********** THANK YOU On 7/8/23 I ordered 10 medium 1 toppings by phone with a person I thought would be 6.99 because if you order 2 or more that is the deal. I was instead charged full price and when I called Monday to speak to manager he told me they are actually trained NOT to offer the deal unless asked for. I was unaware you had to ask for it but now it’s not about the money , they are trained not to help the customer in any way. Enough said, will never use them again 30$ overcharge may not seem like much to you but it was alot to me. Thanks Dominos

I placed an order for $70 worth of food last Friday. Most of it was without significant issue and reasonably on-time for a Friday. One item, however, the marinara cheesy dip and breadsticks, you should be embarrassed to put out what you sent me. The dip is described as layers of flavorful marinara and creamy melted cheeses. Layers, ha! The only thing that was layered was the burnt bottom. There was literally nothing to dip. If your muscles were good enough and your knife sharp enough you might could scrape up something that might resemble cheese. The bread was overcooked and the “marinara cheesy dip” was none of those. When I picked it up, I wondered why it felt empty…its because it essentially was. I tried to report via you Facebook messenger, but apparently no one looks at that so here we are. We have had issues off and on with y’all but they seem to getting more frequent. Perhaps it’s time to give Pizza Hut another try. Y’all were really good when you first opened but you seem to have gotten complacent now.

Pizza is good compare to others domino’s but the waiting to take out is one hour. Horrible don’t take your break lunch waiting for a pizza here you will lose you all lunch break. I cancel my order and did not received my money back to my account..37 dollars is nothing but losing customers is more.

Burnet Dominos doesn’t put neat enough sauce on there pizza. Pizza was dry and didn’t hardly have any sauce. I used to love Dominos but it’s time to give Pizza Hut a try.
